I was struggling with my debt to the point where I was suffering with anxiety attacks thinking about it so I reached out to ukins to help, it was the best thing I could of ever done, Gina dealt with my case and I must say she was the kindest most understanding helpful person I have ever spoke with I can’t thank Gina and ukins enough. Highly recommended.

I was struggling with all of my monthly payments for a long time but I didn't really know who to speak to. I randomly picked and called UK Insolvency Services from google search . From the first call to successfully completing my IVA ,a very knowledgeable, courteous, sensible, efficient member of UK Insolvency Services Gina helped me all the way, a big Thank you Gina. Awful company, haven’t been any help. Started all this in April and now in July still not helped so cancelled anything to do with them and finding other help. All that’s happened since speaking with them is more debt as they told us to cancel all payments as they were sorting it and now bailiffs are threatening us. Don’t use

In the beginning the first 2 people I spoke to just keeped repeatedly ask the same question and a woman I spoke to kept huffing at me even though the question she asked me I had already answered, I did tell Margaret the third lady as she was lovely and even made me laugh , so I said I only wanted to talk to her and that’s what happened after that part everyone else was good

From the very start, my Case Manager was absolutely AMAZING. He was kind, patient, and explained every single step to me clearly, even when I was feeling so scared and confused. He took the time to listen to my situation, went through all my income and expenses with such care, and worked out a payment plan of £104 per month that I can honestly afford. 💷✅

Today, he called me for the final confirmation and told me my IVA is OFFICIALLY APPROVED and all creditors have agreed. 🎉 This is the best news I have heard in years! Because of him, I am now protected, safe from all debt stress, and I finally have a real future to look forward to. 🕊️💖
