Incorrect information on booking site
The booking listed that there is parking nearby which the hotel has a discount for. Within seconds of booking, I received a message from the hotel stating that this isn't the case anymore. I only found this out AFTER booking.

Easy to search via my Tesco Clubcard…
Easy to search via my Tesco Clubcard link on their website. Vouchers were simple to convert from points and then apply at the checkout after booking.

London pricing on this app is chaotic, but still worth a look.
So the prices in London are kind of chaotic on Hotels.com and I have no idea why. Sometimes they are competitive, but sometimes there's a hotel that's £40/£50 a night on other platforms for like £2000 a night on Hotels.com. Also they have changed the rewards program and I really don't understand the new one, but it was easy to book the room there was just two options to reduce the amount I paid which I used but I didn't understand what they were lol. I also don't understand what happened to the free nights I had acrued before they changed the system.

Penalised for using BlueLightDiscount
I’ve been using Hotel.com for many years and this was my go to site to book my hotels, however the new reward scheme is awful. I get Blue Light Discount from work but if I use it I won’t receive any rewards for any of the nights/hotels I’ve booked from Hotels.com
