10,000+ Sales, Then Banned Over a Fixable Workflow Issue
I had over 10,000 completed sales and strong customer feedback on U7BUY, yet my selling access was permanently removed over a fixable workflow issue.
I sometimes pressed “Delivered” right before completing the order because my delivery process was simply copying and pasting login details, which took only a few seconds. I also handled many orders at once, and the website was unreliable, so orders could easily get buried. Every order was still fulfilled, and no buyer was left without their purchase.
I asked multiple times how to enable instant delivery like other sellers, but only received generic responses. I admitted the mistake, changed my process, and was told a manager would review the case. After waiting more than a day, I only received: “Sorry, we don’t support for now.”
Very disappointing treatment of a high-volume seller. Poor communication and no effort to resolve an easily correctable issue.

Your response still does not explain how I am supposed to resolve these alleged outstanding orders.
I had a high-volume store, over 10,000 completed sales, and approximately $500 pending. Despite that, I received no direct suspension notice, no list of incomplete orders, and no warning that my payouts could be frozen. I only discovered the store closure when I tried to post another offer.
You are now publicly telling me to complete all outstanding orders before requesting payment, yet you have not identified a single order that is supposedly incomplete. Please provide the exact order IDs, complaint dates, and buyer messages so I can verify and resolve them.
This is also not the first time communication and dispute handling have been a problem. In a previous order worth approximately $50, I was actively communicating with the buyer and even paused my store to focus on completing the delivery. U7BUY canceled the order before I was given the normal opportunity to submit evidence or respond through the dispute process. The buyer then received the product while the payment had already been canceled.
When I raised the issue, I was told I should have noticed the cancellation email. However, sellers receive large numbers of automated emails for ordinary chat messages, including messages from people who have not placed an order, making a critical cancellation easy to miss without a clear dashboard alert or direct intervention.
I acknowledge that marking orders delivered shortly before pasting the login details was an incorrect workflow, and I offered to correct it. But closing the store, withholding pending funds, and instructing me to resolve unnamed orders—without clear notice, evidence, or an appeal process—is not fair or transparent.
Please provide the specific outstanding orders, the alleged previous warnings, and a clear explanation of what will happen to my pending balance.

Recurring pattern: This is not an isolated incident. We have previously brought this matter to your attention, yet we have not seen meaningful improvement over time.
As a trading platform, we have a responsibility to ensure a safe and trustworthy environment for all buyers. Given the recurring nature of these violations and the lack of corrective action, we had no choice but to close your store from our platform.
Please carefully review all orders you have marked as delivered but have not yet fully processed, ensure all outstanding orders are properly handled before you submit any payment withdrawal requests, and be aware that we will not approve any payment applications until all confirmed orders are verified as properly fulfilled.
