Ich habe im April eine gemischte Kiste bestellt. Leider habe ich statt frischen Früchten eine Kiste voller Biomüll ( vergoren verschimmelt oder komplett zermatscht)bekommen, der auch gleich entsorgt werden musste. Erstattung habe ich bis jetzt nicht bekommen, trotz Beschwerde.

I orderd a Mixed Box in April. But I didn’t receive fresh fruits instead a got a box ful of organic waste ( moldy,fermented and squashed fruits). I filed a complaint with pictures and didn’t receive any money back. They got my money but I got no fruits that I could eat.

Really really the worst shop I have ever shopped in my whole life. Always missing items, low quality, and not at all response to your emails/ messages.

Ich habe am 6. Juni vier verschiedene Mango-Produkte bei Tropy.de bestellt. Am 10. Juni wurden nur zwei davon geliefert. Seitdem versuche ich mehrfach, über E-Mail und das Kontaktformular die fehlenden Produkte zu reklamieren – leider ohne jegliche Reaktion.

Die fehlende Kommunikation und der unvollständige Versand sind sehr enttäuschend. Wenn das Unternehmen auf meine Anfragen nicht reagiert, sehe ich mich gezwungen, rechtliche Schritte und eine Rückbuchung über meinen Zahlungsanbieter einzuleiten.

Sehr schade, da ich mich auf die Produkte gefreut hatte.

I ordered four different mango products from Tropy.de on June 6th. On June 10th, only two of them were delivered. Since then, I’ve contacted the company multiple times via email and their contact form about the missing items – but have received no reply.

The lack of communication and incomplete delivery is very disappointing. If they do not respond, I will be forced to take legal action and request a chargeback through my payment provider.

A real shame, as I was looking forward to the products.
