Had a technical issue with being locked…
Had a technical issue with being locked out of my trading account. Reached out to the online chat support and Kyle and the team sorted it out in just a few minutes. I love the ease with which their trade copier functions allowing me to connect together more than 40 prop firm accounts and trade from just one account. Planning on adding 40 more accounts in the near future as soon as i get these 20 challenge accounts with apex sorted.

Account Deleted After Support Promised Credit – Poor Internal Communication and Accountability
I downgraded my Tradesyncer Pro account in September but was billed the full amount on 25th September. Support (Waye, a supervisor) confirmed that a credit would be applied to my account for the following month, and I confirmed agreement that same day.
Despite that, on 25th October I was told payment hadn’t been made. I reached out to the CEO directly, explained that a credit was due, and received no reply. A few days later, support again demanded payment. After providing full proof of my previous conversation, another agent (Kalle) confirmed the credit would be honoured then deleted my account entirely, cutting off live trading connections and affecting my open market positions.
When I followed up, the company admitted it was an internal oversight and that communication had broken down, but took no real accountability. I was also refused access to their complaints procedure multiple times, being told to complain “through support,” which was the same team responsible for the issue.
I’m not seeking compensation, but deleting a customer’s account due to an internal error especially one connected to live trading systems is unacceptable. I hope Tradesyncer takes serious steps to improve internal communication, escalation processes, and accountability before others experience similar disruptions.

I had a great experience with tradesyncer during the free trial. When it came to purchasing the subscription i encountered a small issue where the subscription was not appearing, this in turn caused one of my trades to not be copy traded.
I let the support team know and the support team quickly fixed this for me and even gave me a free week to make up for the missed trade. I really recommend tradsyncer, they are a great product and have a great support team.

This is my first week using Tradesyncer, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it more than any other copier I have used. Adding accounts is easy, copy trading across accounts is easy even with my project X accounts to my tradovate accounts or vice versa. Would highly recommend to everyone, especially those who have a MAC or use Apple products!
Customer Service That Cares!
I have been using Tradesyncer for 5 months now and loved the service. The ability to trade different prop firms using different connection types is amazing. Earlier today I ran into my first technical issue when trying to add a new connection. I reached out to customer service via that chat and was connected quickly. I explained my issue and they helped work through the problem. Even when they needed time to figure it out, they kept me informed that they needed a little time and would get back with me. And you know what? They absolutely did. Top notch customer service. Makes me want to continue to do business with them and hope they have best success!
