I am new to Yucca Health. My prescriber had started me on the initial dose of Wegovy. When it was time to call in to get the next step up, I found out that not only was Wegovy not covered by insurance but none of the other weight loss meds were either. I started researching the various companies online that would be able to cover it. There's a lot out there. Most of them have a monthly membership fee that does not include the cost of the medication. And then the cost of the medication goes up after the roping you in phase. Yucca Health doesn't have that. Their plans are very straight forward and easy to understand. The intake process was easy also. I wanted to the 6 month plan and had accidentally clicked on the 3 month when I was filling out my profile. Hannah B. texted me to make sure everything was going ok. I let her know about the mistake and that I had wanted the 6 month plan. She mentioned that she would cancel my 3 month plan. She then took the time to actually call me and redo the intake forms because I didn't want to mess it up again! Hannah also told me that since I was going with the 6 month plan that I would be locked in at my current price for lifetime...no price increases! She was so helpful and so nice and her customer service skills were beyond exemplary! I am so glad to be with Yucca Health!

Yucca changed my life! For years Ive struggled with my weight. A coworker referred me to this company. Best decision ever! Ive lost almost 50lbs in less than 6 months. The customer service is excellent!!! The process was very easy. Everything was done online..the medical review..the approval..the shipment of medication right to your door. I felt very supported through my entire weight loss journey. I chose the tirzepatide option with a low start dose and gradual increase.
