I did receive my order, but the same thing happened to me than to others, i had an active subscription going on! Luckily i noticed it right away and canceled it. I can’t recommend, that’s shady af. About the gummies? Idk yet, tasted 2 of them and they taste good, let’s see if they work over time!
I purchased three packs of gummies from GLOWMI. A month afterwards, I was charged for three separate subscription orders under 24 hours, totalling nearly €120, without my knowledge or explicit consent.
I contacted customer service the very same day to report the issue, explaining that I had never knowingly subscribed to these recurring orders. I also offered to return the unopened products. Despite this, my refund request was refused simply because the orders had already been processed and shipped.
I have screenshots showing that I was not clearly informed that my purchase would result in recurring subscriptions.
Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering purchasing from this website to carefully review the checkout process and subscription terms before placing an order.
Terrible!!!!!! They are stealing your money - you cant change your subscription
I placed a order for €70 in October. Till today i have'nt received my order. Have mailed the company, but they dont respond to my emails since more than a month. Also did they changed my contact details so when i try to log in to track my sending or reclaim the system wont let me log in, because you need the right details that where supposedly used to place the order. Its an the biggest SCAM EVER!!!
Order 4056. When I ordered it said 3-4 work days, its been 3 weeks!
They say I will receive my package but when I track they cant even see anything because its been so long since they received my order.
