Extremely poor experience with VAT handling and customer support.
Truster told me that my VAT had been paid into my bank account and instructed me to pay it to Vero. I checked my bank records and the VAT was never paid to me. On 14 August, Truster acknowledged: “we have identified a possible error on our side in the VAT figures on your account.” Despite this, the issue has remained unresolved, while my OmaVero balance has increased and I face interest, enforcement risk and potential consequences for my existing tax instalment plan. The most frustrating part is the lack of proper human support. For a serious tax and financial issue, customers should be able to speak to a responsible human representative instead of being left with an AI/chat system and an apparently endless investigation. I have repeatedly asked Truster to resolve the matter, but I am still left carrying the financial risk of an error they themselves acknowledged may be on their side.
Very disappointing service and accountability. I would not recommend Truster based on my experience.I have now had to escalate the matter to the relevant authorities

- Payouts and withdrawals are slower than it used to be . They delayed the money so that you can pay extra 25€ aside from the 3.99% service ( Toiminimi).
- They receive the payment monday , but now it is wednesday but i receive nothing.
- Bullshit AI , absolutely annoying.
- No one picks up the customer service number.
- Pricing are charged like a premium, but nobody is working at office or office are closed, no human intervention and human action. Only AI answers. AI cannot decide to give or transfer your monies and withdrawals. It is still in the hands of human.
- Not accurate tax yearly reports although I made report their feedback form. And responsibilties are handover to customers. What are we paying for?
- Prepayment tax money from customers are kept within 1 year without interests, it is like borrowing your money. They will remit to tax office once in a year , what a huge money.

Waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for customer service and they still did not pick up. In the app there is this ”AI assistance”, which is not very intelligent.
I was trying to contact them about the VAT-tax reports becouse it seems like, they have not remitted the taxes as they were supposed to. So no I have paid 300€ extra for the goverment and no one will pick up the phone…

It takes longer than that to the simplest of inquiries that end up delaying payments. Another issue is the invoices are reviewed in person which takes also long. So you have to remind them to send it. Which again is through the "Chat". Delaying sending the invoice creates a sense of insecurity because you don't know if they will even pay. Between the agreed pay date with the client and processing the payment becomes unnecessarily long.

Unreachable and contactless. Tried reaching them through phone but says phone service is closed even on weekdays. No reply of my messages. Tried to reach its office but can’t see any office in the given address. They withold the prepayment tax from my invoice and got a information from tax office that they haven’t received any payment from the entire year 2024. They are unreachable and unreliable at the moment. I am suffering because if it.

My Truster Positive Experience with Customer Service and App Usability
Customer service follow-up is very good. I had an issue where my salary was paid, but I didn’t have a tax card at the time, so Truster had to withhold 60% in taxes, which really tested my patience. I was new to Finland, and it was relatively difficult for me to get the tax card quickly. I stopped using the service, but I was surprised when the customer support team reached out to clarify the situation. They explained that they had to follow the law and also showed me how I could possibly recover the lost money from Vero. Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of service. The app works very well and is pretty simple to register and use. Thanks for the great service.

Overally good. Sometimes it takes time to receive an answer from the customer service and some folders for example invoices and how they are calculated( if you use a substitute) are not easily comprehensive.
