Great dealership that offered both a friendly and extremely efficient experience. Gabriella Lambert was professional and very helpful.
I would strongly recommend t.i.m to anyone wanting to buy a car, but who doesn't want that typical 'you're not worthy of us' dealership attitude.

Customer service was second to none, as indeed was product knowledge. Gabriella made the end to end experience smooth, seamless and highly professional.

Bought a car from these guys back in February. The car was immaculate. Got the insurance with the car which does help to push the price up a little but was worth its weight in gold. Firstly the ACU compressor was faulty so no air con. Took the car in and got a courtesy car had the work done within 24 hours, they came 20 miles to my house to return my car and pick up the courtesy car. Brilliant.
I then noticed a different problem with the air con. They came straight back to my house with another car and took my car away. It was delivered back to me probably 1 or two days later. Brilliant
Noticed another problem the day before I went on holiday. I took the car to them with no notice and was given a courtesy car, they stopped the work they were doing and spent hours sorting my car and got me back on the road that same day.
They are a main dealer and I absolutely defy anyone to find another main dealer who would drop everything to satisfy a customer at such short notice.

Gabriella was fantastic.

From finding the right vehicle (I was a pest to the finance company sales agent) to picking the vehicle up, Gabriella kept me up date. On the day of collection, she was helpful, explained everything to me. Even offered to pick me up from the train station. Made me feel at ease considering my personal circumstances too. Must not forget the great coffee! Would definitely recommend this dealership (apologies it's taken me ages to write this) ☺️

I’ve been looking for a specific make and model car for a few months with no luck until I found a perfect example being sold by T.I.M. Motors.
The description of the car stood out from all the rest- everything you want to know was there with no false advertising. The car itself is in excellent condition, the bodywork and interior almost like brand new!

Best car buying experience in over 40 years of buying cars. No selling of add-ons like Gap insurance or paint treatments, just friendly and knowledgeable advice, test drives long enough to let you experience the car in various environments and a good part exchange price for my car, followed by a fantastic handover process and even a text the following day to see if all ok. Gabriella was fantastic, even allowing me to drive home to see whether the car would get onto the driveway. Have already recommended her and t.i.m to friends and family.
