Sidney BC Tim Hortons

Sidney BC Tim Hortons. Has gone downhill since the renovation. Loud music, indifferent staff, and messy. There was a coffee spilt sometime before I sat down. They had put up a high chair and wet floor sign, threw some napkins on the floor, and then ignored it for the full 30 - 45 minutes I was in the restaurant. Finally, I complained when leaving. A lady behind the counter said someone was going to do it right away. I could see it if they were busy but it wasn't. There was no more than 10-15 customers in the time I was there. Obviously a case of Tim's using the renovation to get rid of their experienced staff and replace them with inexperienced people who didn't want to be there. They lost a customer at that store.

This Tim Hortons is not clean!

I stopped into this Tim Horton's location (1354 South Service Road, Stoney Creek) on Sunday July 12th on my way home from Montreal. I was so disgusted by the state of filth in this restaurant. I wanted to use the facilities, I did not understand what they had on the doors. I proceeded to open the first door, and there was a very large man sitting on the toilet doing his business, behind the second door there was a man peeing. Both of these occupied bathroom doors were not locked. Then I saw a woman walk out of another door with a young child. I went in there and the bathroom was filthy. My plan was to sit down and have a coffee and something to eat but this place was so dirty and the state of the bathrooms was enough for me to change my mind. I wrote to Tim Horton's head office and I reported this filthy restaurant to the Hamilton Health Department. They will be inspecting it.

Scammers

You won't even see how these employees at Tim Hortons cheated you, I bought a soup that costs 5.70 they took $ 9 for each soup, when asked why? they replied that their system calculates it like that, I asked again how much the soup costs, regular size 4.49 large 5.70 do you think They returned the money no. So they cheated me out of a minimum of 2 soups for almost 7 dollars, + they calculated tax from the entire amount. Be careful with these scammers.

Worst "meal" ever

Worst "meal" ever. Ordered the New Crispy chicken sandwich. It was as hard as a rock and gobs of dressing on the top of the over toasted bun. Order Wedges with that and they were over done. As well, the stupid girl could barely speak English. Not going back to the Carstairs aB location.

don't want to go to tim hortons anymore the sores are not honest

I used to go to tim hortons almost every day , now I go to get coffee there only when there is no other coffee shop around, the test of the coffee is not the same as befor in ottawa-gatineau area, test like much lighter , when I get offers on tim app the employes try to not give up the offers if it is coffee and muffen for $3 either they don't have the muffen or the scaning machine not working ,usually when they have 30% or more off on cappuccino their machine is broken!

I had a bad experience at Tim Hortons…

I had a bad experience at Tim Hortons Dunstable this morning at about 7.10 am, Manue Screen in Drive Through was out of order and I had to ask for the availability of the items Employee who was serving me wont let me speak and complete my order and kept interupting me over and over again. When I asked to stop iterupting me and to listen to what I am saying he simply turned off the mike saying he wont serve me. I have been going there almost every day after my work shift and I will never go there ever again. You dont want to be treated like this after a long night shift at work. Pathetic service by a pathetic ignorant employee.

Baked Goods

Well decided to try there Peanut Butter cookies again after seeing them in show case finally again
After eating all 3 cookies come to conclusion Tim Hortons does not care one bit or has any one that knows how to make real peanut butter cookies any more the cookies where a total disputing tasting.
Tim Hortons would be disgusted if he was still alive and saw what they did to his great legacy of this franchise.
As for there donuts they are not much better aswell small in size from original and coated with so much sugar and glaze it and this franchise is going down hill so dam fast only thing I like still is the Coffee and that is in question do to there so called new foreign workers they said they had a shortage so gov. Let them bring them in by the thousands don't give a shit or can't do the job like the Canadain staff they had before screw up orders more then once cant hear you ask have to repeat order several times just for coffee.
Totally discusted what this franchixe has become

I made an online order for drive…

I made an online order for drive through pickup. When my son arrived to pickup, he was told they don't have it available and it will be refunded. He thought she meant it would be automatic, he left. When I called the Ajax branch I was told it was self explanatory that he should have go to the counter for the refund. Now I have to return to get my refund because of lack of communication.

Tim Hortons Dundee

Tim Hortons Dundee

I’m not one to write in but I’ve been coming here now for over a year and there’s there key points at that Dundee branch that I can’t believe are still issues after this long.

1: Toilets always seem broken or the flush doesn’t work. Someone needs to look into this

2. This annoys me because I feel staff are doing it to hit targets but they always select the “ready to collect” button early and then you go to the counter and wait another five minutes until it’s ready to collect. Infuriating!

3. No receipts! With the automated machines in over a year the receipt machine has only worked once. Someone needs to look at this

A friend picked up some muffins

A friend picked up some muffins. They were very under-cook cooked. The crumb could be smushhed into batter. You know there's something wrong when, left on the counter, the middle doesn't dry out. All the flavours are the same.
Tim Horton's was good once. They served eclairs and gingerbread men and snow puffs. Freshlybaked too. And Canadian.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WATFORD…

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WATFORD BRANCH!!!! Absolutely rude and unprofessional service. I ordered the 2 box of 12 and as I received it and opened it I noticed that there were 10 in each box. 4 were missing. I then filled a complaint with uber and called Tim Horton's Watfora straight away. A men picked up and when I told him that there were items missing, he said this is not true and that he packed the order himself. He REFUSED to rectify the situation. He refused to give his name and he refused to be helpful at all and said to take it up with uber. He then very rudely cut the call on my face. I will 100% be taking this up with the CEO of Tim Horton's as this service is so unprofessional. Also to mention it was within 5 minutes of receiving the delivery and then contacting Tim Horton's. I would advice that if you want proper care and service to not order from this branch and to go elsewhere where the colleagues are helpful.
