Well, just read the other reviews lol. I ordered two iqos cases. You guessed it, never arrived, just got a thank you email and then never received anything. Thank god I ordered with American Express, lesson learned and guys always order with credit card!

Total scam
Ordered an IQOS case and never received anything. No product, no proper tracking, no clear updates – just “it’s on the way” forever. Tried waiting patiently, tried contacting them… nothing useful. At this point it’s obvious: they took the money and dipped.
If you like throwing cash into the void, go ahead and order. If not, stay far away. Plenty of legit stores out there – this isn’t one of them.
Posting this so others don’t get fooled the same way I did. Learn from my mistake.
