Wonderful Customer focused service.
After finally joining the wine club following years of invitations, I’ve been thoroughly impressed. When an issue arose with my delivery, the customer service team resolved it quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. Their communication and efficiency were outstanding, and they even sent a complimentary gift as a goodwill gesture.
This is customer service at its finest. They went above and beyond!

They seems to not be able to contact Inpost (delivery company).
Inpost does not reply at all with the exception of AI (which is useless when there is a delivery issue).
I am sure the wines are great, but if those wine are not delivered it is impossible to taste them.
