Outstanding service from the team at Marlow Garage.

We were on holiday, a long way from home in Scotland, when the engine management light came on in our VW Caravelle. We contacted Marlow Garage at very short notice, and they fitted us in almost immediately.

The team carried out a full diagnostic check, quickly identified that the issue was a blown fuse rather than anything serious, and reassured us that it was safe to continue our holiday and drive home. They also sent us a copy of the diagnostic report so we could pass it on to our local garage when we get back, which was incredibly helpful.

What really stood out was their honesty and kindness. They didn’t try to sell us unnecessary work or take advantage of the situation.

The whole team were friendly, professional and genuinely cared about getting us safely back on the road. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marlow Garage to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable and customer-focused service.

I took my car to the garage for it annual service was charge close to £ 800 witch I was shocked at the price they charge me but no problem . I at the same time to a check my brakes on back when I collected my car, the receptionist told me that the car needed back brake pads and discs and gave me a quote for another 750 pounds. I took the car to another garage to have it checked because I wasn’t happy with their quote and the price the guy looks at the brakes and discs at New garage and said there was nothing wrong with them and they didn’t need changing. I confronted them at the garage. They completely utterly tried to take advantage of me and fit parts in my car that was needed I don’t think they checked the brake brakes. I don’t think they did their job properly and then they tried to charge me 750 pound for a job that never needed to be done. I would never use them again. I’ve used them for 10 years . I am disgusted and appalled at the service and would recommend that you avoid this garage as they charges are extortionate and they trying to charge you for work. They’re on your car that does not need doing.

Prompt, friendly and professional service. Did the job quickly with no fuss at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Receptionist is a dragon. I can only assume she is a member of the family - otherwise Im sure she would have been sacked years ago. Ive spoken to the owner before - he is lovely. Unfortunately she lets the whole garage down.
