Fast, fresh beer at decent prices.
The best service team, delivery times and selection in the UK. High end packaging keeping my beer safe and some nice little extras make for a great experience.
Stash function is good as well to tie down those special releases.

Delivery was meant to be a birthday present
Delivery was meant to be a birthday present to my 38 year old son - but the DPD driver made very little effort to get his attention.
First time my son spotted the DPD van out of the lounge window (upstairs) but heard nothing. Next thing he saw the driver moving off.
The second time he was in the kitchen waiting, next to the front door at the correct slot time, but the driver was so quiet that delivery failed yet again. Doorbell was definitely working, as he tested it immediately afterwards!
Not Fuss Club's fault, but very disappointing.
Third time, neither he nor I were even notified by DPD as to when the delivery slot was to be.

Thanks for your review. We’re sorry the delivery experience was disappointing.
After looking into your order, we can see there were multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, after which the parcel was returned to us. We then contacted you to confirm your address and arrange a suitable delivery day, before resending the order free of charge.
Unfortunately, this means we likely made a loss on the order due to the additional delivery costs, so it’s particularly disappointing to receive a one-star review in this situation.
We completely understand that the DPD delivery experience was frustrating; sadly the issues described were outside of our control despite our best efforts to resolve them. We’re sorry we couldn’t make this experience a better one and do hope to see you back on the shop soon.
