Easy to order and arrived on time. I only have postal service deliver. FedEx is horrible and hit my door and didn’t even tell me and left. Postal only for a small fee. It’s well worth it. Thank you.

I got what I needed in a timely manner I'm trying to save a 3-acre pond of fish that I inherited when I bought my home. A lot of them have white foamy mouths and their gills are really bad I was told if I do this combination into the pond that it would start healing the pond.

We have used these products several times. I have big dogs that fight and get wounds every now and then and we can't bring them to a vet so we use this company to get antibiotics for them and they work great. I have used them myself for a wound and I had no side affects and I had with no issues. Service is great as well. Thank you!!

My Credit card was charged, but never got order. Tracking shows it was returned to sender due to incomplete address. It was redirected back to shipper. Wasn’t reshipped. No email confirmation when an item is shipped

I was a bit unsure, ordering from an unfamiliar establishment, but took a chance. I'm glad I did. I placed an order for Fish Mox from them with standard shipping, then thought better of it and belatedly requested they upgrade shipping to FedEx 2 day. They went above and beyond to accommodate me, kept in communication the whole time; it was a stellar experience. Don't hesitate to order from this company, your fish will thank you.

Carrying fish antibiotics is great. Expensive. Need more communication on order and order status.

As mentioned by other reviewers, this company spams my email account almost every single weekday. I would include a screenshot of my inbox if this site accepted images.

I have already, multiple times, clicked the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of their emails, all of which resulted in a web page saying something to the tune of Unsubscribe Successful.

But it never was. I still, after many, many months (it’s been several years now), am getting spammed multiple times throughout the week.

Please avoid this company unless you are okay with getting spammed. Terrible customer service with no trust in how they handle customer preferences.

I never got my order. I never got a tracking number. A follow up email. I paid for two day shipping. It’s been a week.

My order was placed on 3/27. It is 4/4 and yet to receive a tracking number or email stating it was shipped, however I did get a survey asking about the product. How ridiculous is that? Where is my order?

I didnt get the product and they send me this to rate them. Zero, fish antibiotics get a zero. Customer service corrected the problem . I still get repeated prompts to change the review.

I have rated the Fish Antibiotics company 5 stars. Not only are their products top of the line but also the staff I have dealt with were 100% professional. Immediate response to all questions with the proper solutions to any problems.
