I have already contacted as below and provided information including screenshots of the unauthorised payment you have stolen from my bank, and just get reply "We cannot find any subscriptions associated with this email"
I have had to cancel my cards to prevent you from attempting to steal any more money and have reported to bank, police and ReportFraud

Absolute con artists. I signed up for a $1.95 test and they hid a subscription in the receipt after I had paid. Got charged $55 from my account!! When I went to unsubscribe it said I didn't even have a subscription to cancel!!!!! Email response from a bot offering me a 25% refund as a 'good will'? Erm what, excuse me. Have raised with the bank and will be reporting to Australian consumer watchdog. They need to be shut down.

It's a scam. They hit you with a roughly 2€ charge for a test result. Which they don't state clearly is, however, that after that they'll charge you with a monthly subscription fee of 40€.

It’s a SCAM!
After I payed for my report, they sent an email and at the bottom written, that I unlocked a full entry to the platform with a subscription!
I have not subscribed at all!!
I went to the website , I cancelled it immediately and wrote them an email about this. They answered very quickly confirming of my cancellation and sent me the report of my test. Therefore I give two stars.
The report of the test is unfortunately a useless text , does not worth a penny!
Stay away from the site!

Check your statement before you pay the €1.95.
I paid €1.95 to unlock a test report. I understood that to be a one-off payment for a report. Seven days later €39.95 left my account.
Two things made this much worse than a subscription I'd overlooked.
First, the charge did not appear under the name of the site I used. My bank statement shows "MyTraitProfile / mytraitsprofile.com, Luxembourg" - a name I had never seen in my life. I genuinely believed my card had been compromised and raised a fraud dispute with my bank. It took real work to trace the charge back to Testlibrary. Their own terms permit billing under a descriptor different from testlibrary.com, so this is by design rather than by accident.
Second, the renewal terms. Support told me repeatedly that the terms were "clearly disclosed at checkout." They were certainly in the confirmation email - below the welcome text, after I had already paid. I have asked support four separate times to send me a screenshot of the checkout page as it was actually displayed to me, showing the renewal price and the wording of the payment button. Four times they have declined to provide it while continuing to insist it was clear. Draw your own conclusion from that.
The refund process is a ladder. I was offered 25%. I declined, and it became 40%, described as "the maximum allowed under our policy." Reading other reviews here, that sequence is not unique to me - 25%, then 40%, then a full refund for anyone who keeps pushing. A company confident that it disclosed properly does not negotiate upward.
The report itself was generic filler and not worth the €1.95, let alone €39.95 every 28 days.
Cancel immediately if you have already paid, and check your statement for a billing name you don't recognise rather than the one you expect.

Even the questions make you think about yourself and be honest with yourself. Loved it!

I disliked not being told up front what the cost would be. I just answered questions that tell you I am bad with impulse spending and my finances are terrible. After answering all those questions, you know I'm going to pay for it, even though I know I shouldn't because I am broke, but I can't stop myself. You should have mentioned it at the beginning. Think you might have ADHD? We'll make some money from this. It felt very predatory, like you just took advantage of a mental health problem you know I have.

I feel some questions were generic and so iam media based, but it’s of them felt relatable and unique.

SCAM!!!
Paid for a one off test for 1.95 but they set up a subscription for 39.95 WITHOUT MY AGREEMENT. I checked the conditions at the time of the one off test.

The questions were made simple enough, without having to really think too hard about your answers, so you could just answer honestly without doubt.
