My partner and I recently just aquired our mortgage with Tembo for our new build property. From the first call with Luke all the way through to the underwriting process with Sian, it has been an absolute pleasure. Both of them have been so easy to deal with and made the application process stress free and their expertise and assistance has been greatly appreciated.

Excellent service from Rhys at customer services. After two days of not being able to access my account due to Virgin media's awful email delivery service (not receiving Magic Links) I contacted Rhys and he had me up and running again in next to no time after changing my log on email over to Gmail. I'm now receiving my Magic Links no problem through my Gmail account

Brilliant brokers, amazing assistance from start to finish! All the staff are very friendly and brokers are very experienced, our mortgage from beginning to offer only took a matter of weeks and was exactly within the parameters we wanted ! Would 1000% recommend and will be back for a remortgage! We had Sian and Bhavini who have been a massive help every step of the way, they are assets to the company !

I was in communication with Lorraine throughout who provided excellent service . The LISA monies provider has been extremely helpful, responsive and efficient in dealing with our client’s matter. As first time buyers we were apprehensive and a little clueless but Rhys and Callum at Tembo made everything straight forward and explained everything easily with no jargon. The process can be quite daunting and scary but they have both made us feel comfortable and like we weren’t asking for too much. Really friendly and informative - they made the whole process of applying for a mortgage easy and clear. 10/10 experience with Tembo, specifically Matt and Elly. We had Lifetime ISAs with them, which meant we were entitled to free mortgage advice with Matt. He guided us through the entire process, was always happy to answer any questions we had, and even worked outside of any expected hours, which wasn't expected but was still appreciated.

We were then passed over to Elly to manage the process, and she kept us updated with our mortgage offer.

The process so far has been incredibly simple and smooth, with no issues at all. I honestly can't recommend Tembo enough!

From initial advice to the mortgage offer being made, Matt made the experience extremely smooth, and answered any and all questions we had as first time buyers with incredible communication and support. Then Elly was brilliant when we had a worry about the mortgage rates, coming back with some really quick reassurance.

The service was incredible and all considering it was free with our savings account I can’t recommend Tembo enough, I’ve already told all my friends and family who will be looking to buy soon! Thanks again, Matt and Elly!
