At first it has been a very bad experience.
We placed an order with Tectake.dk.
1. The goods were initially sent to a collection point a long way away from us, even though they should have been sent to our home address.
2. The goods were supposed to be sent to us again, but we only received one box, even though there should have been two.
3. We have tried to contact Tectake.dk in every possible way, but to no avail.
4.It took two weeks before we heard back. It was eventually sorted out, but it took quite a bit of effort.

So far, it has been not a very good experience.

not easy to contact. no reply after many emails. so not reliable to do shopping here.

I was doubting if their products lived up to expectation. Fast delivery and great products.

I bought their pretty dinning chairs, beige with golden legs

I got 4, and me and my husband weight under 100kg in total, and we still managed to get the chairs bent and are now not usable because the legs cannot hold over 60 Kgs for a long period of time. And one of the chairs broke while we were using it!

I wrote to the company, no response :(

I can’t buy new legs for the chairs because the way they are mounted are not similar to common chairs.

So I payed so much for nothing.

Delivery speed is not what they promise. My item was supposed to arrive within 2-3 business days in DK, at the end it took more than a week to receive it.

Moreover, customer service is not responsive at all. I contacted them Wednesday 22/07 about a return of my purchase, and still no response. There is no phone number to contact anybody.

Costumer service is not helping. No one's available to talk. Email is useless.

Very nice and working fine

Good quality product, easy to build and put away. Great value for the price.

Very bad, service very bad, quality very bad

Tectake have delivered the wrong product. They have an answer machine that does not allow you to speak to anyone and they do not answer e-mails (I have waited for 10 days).

DO NOT USE THEM

Best quality for price. 👍👍

I was contacted by customer service by email on Saturday, 20 June.
They were apologetic and helpful, so I am revising my review to reflect that. Hopefully, I will be revising it again when the issue is solved

A 2-star review would probably be fair, but I cannot recommend anyone to buy from this company.

The two products I bought are actually nice looking, but both of them have quality problems.

I only made a claim on one issue that affected me the most in the camping kitchen, something clearly damaged from factory.

I made a claim on the website, no reply.
I sent an email, no reply.
I tried (several times) to call the number in Denmark - fast disconnect tone.
I tried (several times) to call the number in Germany - reply that the number is busy - every time.

I will try to fix the issues myself, and I think I will be able to use the products (and actually enjoy them), but I will never buy anything else from tectake, as they offer no support.

And you will need support. Despite the apparent good design of the products, there are manufacturing issues that require someone to pick up the phone, or answer an email.

I can only wonder what would happen if I actually needed to return the items.

Promised 1-3 days delivery. It is now 15 days and my order still has not arrived

The product arrived damaged and does not work properly, and the seller does not want to refund the money

Product didn’t arrive. Phone not answered. Email not answered. Missing delivery form doesn’t work. No follow up. No idea how to get a refund weeks after ordering.

I ordered a product and it didn't arrive in a month. They said it was lost in transit. I emailed them and they offered a refund or a replacement. When I suggested a replacement, they mocked me by saying they hoped the lost product would reach me quickly.

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the children’s sandbox I received from your store. The product arrived with multiple broken wooden parts, making it impossible to assemble or use safely. I have attached photos showing the damaged pieces. This sandbox was purchased as a birthday gift, so the situation is especially upsetting and inconvenient. The package was opened carefully, and the wooden elements were already cracked and broken during assembly. Because the product is defective and unusable, I would like to request a full refund as soon as possible. Please also inform me about the return procedure, if required.
I expected much better quality, especially for a product intended for children.
