Ci dispiace che abbia riscontrato questo inconveniente.
Probabilmente la foto nella pagina da cui ha acquistato il tubo (azzurro trasparente) non era abbastanza chiara, provvederemo a modificarla così che non si ripresentino fraintendimenti simili in futuro.
Abbiamo consultato i nostri fornitori per trovare una soluzione e le confermo che c’è la possibilità di ordinare il tubo completamente trasparente.
Eventualmente per noi non è un problema fare la sostituzione.
