Everyone can make a mistake in this complex world of automations and hardware technology we live in. You know you have a great partner on your team when an error is made and they demonstrate total commitment to correct the mistake. Got my phone screen replaced (brand new Google Pixel 10 Pro), I depend on it for work on a hourly basis. Something strange happened that was not there before the fix.
No questions asked, got it back to them and had it back in my hands in a couple hours, fixed, working as new. That is what you are looking for in a repair shop...no BS, just great service.
