I requested delivery after 1.30pm as husband home then to move logs from road side, delivery turned up at 8.50 so logs had to stay on road side all morning. Was disapointed.

Great products and service!
So happy with the replacement fire brick set for my Contura 51L logburner and leather gauntlets. What a game changer they are! Absolutely love them. Can't believe I've been making do with old tea towels until now. Helps avoid splinters when loading wood into the stove as well, a win win! The fire bricks were superbly packaged to avoid any damage during transport and arrived when they said they would be delivered. They fit perfectly and the stove is much happier too. Many thanks for great products and service, will definitely be a returning customer and would highly recommend.

Customer service is excellent. They always have been excellent. From when we visited the showroom. They were informative, led us to buying a Stuv. Excellent Installation team and after sales care. The log deliveries as well. I wish every company was as efficient and caring as TOPSTACK.
