Don’t do that seller, you was also told I was out the day of delivery, the parcel was delivered just NOT TO THE RIGHT PERSON, but I still had to pay for it, I told you in messages I didn’t get the watch, you argued with me telling me it was me in the picture, no it wasn’t me in the picture, you were quick to contact my bank, knowing our conversation was about the delivery NOT BEING HANDED TO ME, because you see a human holding the parcel you assumed it was me, it wasn’t so don’t try defend it, you are not nice, I’m an elderly lady and you didn’t take into account that the picture was not me, I even sent you photos to show it wasn’t me, have a nice life, and hope none of your other customers get treated the way you treated me

We are very disappointed to see this review because it does not reflect what actually happened during this order.
We communicated with you continuously on WhatsApp and explained the reason for the shipping delay in detail. Throughout the process, we clearly told you multiple times that if you no longer wished to wait, we were completely willing to issue you a full refund immediately.
To reassure you, we also recorded videos of your custom Cuban chain before shipment, provided updates, and even included a free gift because of the delay. At the time, you responded positively and agreed to continue with the order.
Later, we discovered that a bank dispute had been opened against the payment while the order was still being handled. Even then, we contacted you again and explained that if you no longer wanted the item, we would happily refund you directly. Unfortunately, the conversation then became hostile, and despite our continued attempts to help and reassure you, we were repeatedly insulted and called scammers.
In the end, we still issued the refund and recalled the shipment to avoid further conflict.
We always try our best to treat customers fairly and honestly, and we have full records of our communication, shipment videos, and refund discussions. We understand delays can be frustrating, but we do not believe it is fair to describe the situation in a misleading way while omitting the support and solutions that were offered throughout the process.
