Bought a mobility scooter from Tsport…
Bought a mobility scooter from Tsport in April 2026 process was seamless all my many questions answered immediately. On Saturday the 29th of August after using the scooter All day it failed to fold electricialy with the remote control. I contacted Tsport at 7pm that day and they responded immediately and arranged for the scooter to be picked up and repaired under warranty. This is excellent service as this was a bank holiday. I would recommend this company without reservation for outstanding customer service

I cant praise the Scote-48350 and all the team at T Sport enough as i ordered this scooter on the thursday and it was delivered the following day . i had a query about off road tyres and messaged them via the message service and had a reply straight away , thank you Simon.
My experience using the scooter was beyond praise, and the fact was my previous scooter was a Baja Bandit with all bells and whistles it proved to be rather heavy especially transporting it in my car so it had to go and after serious scrutiny of an alternative the T Sport Scote -48350 ticked all the boxes , and how . In fact i was really surprised with the power being 2 x 350w motors giving 700w total which is 100w more power than the heavier baja bandit.
Now the interesting bit ! it was £889 against the bandit at over £2000. also it folds and is lighter . so my recommendation is dont hesitate . give T Sport an order today without any hesitation, you wont regret it , i would give it 10 stars if i could .

Fantastic company and experience
I very rarely write reviews, but after a wonderful experience with this company, I felt that they totally deserved a 5 star review (I would give more if I could!). My mum bought a mobility scooter and spare battery from them. Delivery (free) was next day for both items. Communication, customer care, customer service were exemplary. I emailed a lot (there are a lot of questions with a mobility scooter for your mum!)and the replies were almost instant, very helpful, and I felt they had a genuine desire to help. It shows that they are a very trustworthy family business, who genuinely care about their customers (not just about getting their money), and many other companies could learn lessons from T Sport. I would have absolutely no hesitation in ever ordering with them again, Thank you so much Simon and team.

Very little communication from them, sometimes you don’t get answers to your emails.
I wish now I could have found the same sort of mobility scooter from someone else, especially someone with a phone number.

The only delay occurred when one of your emails was unfortunately filtered into our spam folder, which meant our reply was delayed by two days. As soon as we found it, we responded immediately.
We would also like to explain why we provide technical support primarily by email rather than by phone. Email allows us to identify each customer, review the full history of previous conversations, orders, photos and videos, and ensure that nothing is missed. This creates a clear record for both ourselves and our customers, resulting in faster and more accurate support.

Your wording of your advertisement is very misleading. I ordered a battery but I thought that I was actually ordering an end of line scooter. I felt REAL stupid when I realised my mistake. So you can expect the return of the battery.

However, the product you selected was the replacement battery for the mobility scooter. This is clearly stated in the product title, description, and throughout the checkout process. Your order confirmation also clearly states that the item purchased is a battery.
You paid £169 for the battery, whereas the mobility scooter itself is priced at £889. During checkout, our system asks for confirmation of the order details several times before payment is completed.
If you no longer require the battery, you are welcome to return it in accordance with our return policy. Please ensure it is unused, in its original packaging, and let us know once it is ready so we can advise you of the next steps.
