I paid the fees year ago to renew my company registration to discover after a year that they didn't file any paperwork and they took the money. it is a fraud company - now I have legal issues because of what they did - find another professional company to work with.

Process was very smooth and the chat agent Alexis Rainier was knowledgeable and patiently walked me through everything. Very smooth experience, and very affordable.

I was unable to access my account for weeks because the email OTP simply wasn't being delivered. Every time I contacted support, they claimed they couldn't find my company in their system—yet they kept sending automated emails telling me to log in and review important documents. How does that make any sense?

Eventually, I was only able to log in by switching the OTP to my phone because they never managed to fix the email OTP issue.

Then came the USPS address verification. I submitted my national government ID, which clearly shows my address. They rejected it, claiming USPS doesn't accept a national government ID for address verification. I complained and resubmitted the document, only to be told it had to be translated into English.

The absurd part? My government ID is already printed in German, English, and French. Anyone taking even a moment to read it would see that.

The support experience has been incredibly frustrating. Instead of resolving straightforward issues, I was repeatedly sent in circles with contradictory responses and unnecessary requests. It often felt like the people handling my case weren't reading the documents I submitted or understanding the information provided.

If you're considering Wyoming Agents, be prepared for slow support, poor communication, and a verification process that can become unnecessarily complicated. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I've been trying to log in to my account on wyomingagents.com, but the site never sends the one-time password (OTP) needed to complete the login. I've tried multiple times over several days — nothing arrives, not even in spam. There's also no working way to recover the account.

I then emailed their support address explaining the problem and received no reply at all. For a registered agent service, being locked out of your own account with zero response from support is a serious problem — this is where important legal and compliance documents are supposed to be accessible.

Until they fix their login system and actually answer support emails, I can't recommend this company. 1 star.

I pay Wyoming Registered Agent Services to be my agent of record and asked one simple, reasonable question to confirm my account was set up right. It took four emails to get a straight answer, and the rep, Misty, turned every one of them into a lecture.

Her replies were stuffed with capitalized and bolded words thrown at me, "AGAIN I stated," "IS IN FACT," like I was being scolded for daring to ask. That is condescension, not support, and it is the last thing you want from a firm trusted to receive your legal mail. She also stated a "fact" about my account she clearly had not bothered to verify. This is below any basic professional standard, and I would not want her as the point of contact for anything that matters.

The actual answer, when it finally came, was useful and could have been email number one without the attitude. The service works. Getting Misty to do her job is the problem.

I paid for mail forwarding service, and they refused to even submit my document to USPS for verification, claiming USPS “wouldn’t accept it.” That’s nonsense — my previous registered agent submitted the exact same type of document and USPS accepted it without issue.
Instead of helping, Wyoming Agents simply refused to process it. Then when I asked for a refund, things got even worse. I’m now struggling to get my bank correspondence from them, and they are currently holding a check worth several thousand dollars.
At this point, it looks like the next step may have to be a court hearing. Extremely disappointing experience.

I recently used Wyoming Registered Agent Services and had a very positive experience. Their team was polite, respectful, professional, and always willing to listen and help whenever I had questions.

I was assisted by their service throughout the process, and communication was clear and professional from beginning to end. They treated me with respect and patience, which I really appreciated.

After my personal experience with them, I do not agree with some of the scam accusations I saw online. In my case, they were honest, responsive, and reliable people who take their work seriously.

These guys are the best by far: very responsive, friendly, reasonably priced, and spare no efforts to go the extra mile to help. I ve dont over a dozen companies with them. Tonyale, Casey, and Nathalie are amazing to work with. An absolute pleasure and honor to use their services. I highly recommend them.

Very satisfied with their service. Their Customer Support team is amazing and they mostly respond in under half an hour.
To all the people complaining:
- Yes, you have to do the FinCen registration and apply to get your EIN with the IRS.
However, you can easily do this by yourself + with the help of an LLM of your choice. It's 2026, dear people...

Easy to use systems.

Hi, I'm a foreign customer who chose to work with this Wyoming-based agent without knowing much about them. I basically picked them and paid them to set up my company, and at first everything seemed fine. Later on, I stumbled onto Trustpilot and saw that they had a really low rating, with lots of people saying they never received their mail and that the addresses were fake or it was all a scam. Naturally, I got worried. People were saying you couldn't reach them and that they never answered their contact lines.

But in my experience, I called them up and within about three minutes I got straight through. The person who helped me was extremely polite, spoke slowly and clearly, and handled everything I needed. I had no waiting time, no issues, and honestly, I’m super satisfied with their service. I can only say that from my personal experience, they’ve been completely reliable and helpful. So for me, I can confidently dismiss those negative reviews because I’ve had a very positive experience.

It is a scam ! You nee dto fill in the form for FinCen eventually and the email address does not work, phone not answered and you are being send back and fort between wyomingagents.com and registeredagents.com. Finally you end up with a huge fine from FinCen because you cannot deliver the right information. My 2 cents advise: stay away from them !

Extreme scam. You want a physical address for $25. You don’t even get a new physical address, because they use the same dumb PO box EVERY US LLC ALREADY HAS. And they don’t wven return your money.

The best part? 4 days later they automatically charge $163 for a report filing THEY MENTIONED NOTHING ABOUT.

These guys are professional, ethical, and the best choice In the Wyoming line up of R.A's. .i had scoured all the reviews but chose the 25$ guys and foundThey are worth 10 times what I paid. Had a issue and communicated my problem immediately, but from A different email by mistake and received a quick response but took note that these guys maintained the highest security protocols and for that Im grateful. Quick service. They try selling you many addons but overall the base service is good so far.

I used this company for a few years but then they charged me $163 for some "report filling" which I never ordered. I do my own filings.
This is ridiculously unethical.

And they don't allow me to delete my credit card from my account. The website constantly crashes when I try.

They also don't always upload received mail documents.
I will not be using their services anymore. AVOID.

Excellent value for money. I'm a non-resident and spent a lot of time researching creating an LLC. This company offers the best value for money I have seen if all you want is a registered agent with which to form an LLC. (Disclaimer: I have not tried their service for registering an LLC). I see other reviews complaining about the fact that they were being charged $9 monthly. Just be aware that on signing up, you may be offered other services by default, like the phone line which is free for 60 days, then charged at $9/month. But you can easily go into your services overview in the portal and unsubscribe to services you don't want. Other than that, I got everything I needed here. So far, zero complaints.

Most terrible service in the world!!
In fact, this agent will not provide any service or refund.
Even after sending emails to request service, there has been no response for weeks. There is no reply, so there is no point in contacting this agent.
Never pay money.
Just waste your money and time.

Honestly, I am a bit surprised by all the negative reviews. I have used them since march 2022 and had a pretty good service. They do respond within 24-48 hours so if that's too slow for you, consider somewhere else. I like that they give me a heads up about all the filings I need to do. Although they obviously do it to make money off of that but still good for me.
