I cancelled my order before dispatch on 12 October by emailing both contact addresses. No response. Nevertheless, the goods were shipped and delivered on 28 October. I then explicitly exercised my right of withdrawal and requested return instructions. As of today, 30 October, I still have no reply. Very disappointing customer service — I simply want to return the goods and receive my refund.

Ordered genuine VW parts for my vw T6 California. Items delivered just 3 weeks from placing the order using there standard delivery. Great value and able to source all parts needed, which was unable to do with other VW parts suppliers. Order parts well in advance of when needed and save money.

Super logistics, only they were able to supply bumper logistics fast internationally.

Really happy with my experience with WW Spares. I’ve bought multiple auto parts from them and so far everything has been straightforward. The parts were as described, arrived well packaged, and the prices were reasonable compared with other places I checked. Communication was also good and I had no issues with the orders. I’ll definitely be using them again when I need more parts. Would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality parts at a fair price.

Order never shipped. Label generated and tracking never moved. No response from customer service. So frustrating. Avoid!

I placed an order with WW Spares on 14 September, and it was confirmed on 15 September. Their website stated that Volkswagen orders were normally processed within 1–6 days. However, I received no meaningful update about my order for 13 days.

During that period, I repeatedly attempted to contact WW Spares because the repair workshop could no longer wait and I needed to cancel the order. My emails went unanswered, and repeated calls to their support number were diverted to voicemail without any response.

On 28 September, I finally received an email stating that the part had been dispatched. It was delivered on 5 October—three weeks after the order was confirmed. By then, the workshop had been forced to purchase the required part directly from Volkswagen, the replacement had already been fitted, and the vehicle had been repaired.

I contacted WW Spares immediately to arrange the return of the unused part. In this instance they responded within 48 hours but stated that they would refund only 50% of the €517 purchase price because they regarded the transaction as a business order. I dispute this: I placed the order personally, paid with my personal credit card and had it delivered to my private residential address in Spain.

I rejected the proposed 50% deduction and requested a full refund. I have received no further communication since, and the unused part remains in its original packaging in my hallway while I wait for return instructions.

Based on my experience, I would advise customers to exercise considerable caution when ordering from WW Spares, particularly where delivery time or potential refund is important. The advertised processing period was not met, attempts to obtain an update or cancel the order went unanswered, and the proposed 50% deduction has still not been addressed.

Order #204643, checked stock, yes 20 in stock, ordered part, stock confirmed again. 24 hours later refund issued, no stock. Website still states 19 in stock. I only ordered it because Skoda quoted November delivery, at £95. This shower clearly just call Skoda for the part, realised it was November delivery and cancelled. Also added £35 to the cost, but I thought it was worth the premium to get my car back on the road. Bunch of liars, don’t believe their website, go to Skoda this lot add zero value and charge you for the privilege. Yes I have been refunded but I should never have been charged in the first place. Stop pretending you are stockists.

This seller absolutely doesn't deserve even one star. I ordered an item on August 20th, and the next day they sent me an email saying they were packaging my order. A week has passed, and they haven't sent a tracking number. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, I can't reach them at all. I strongly think that they are scammers. You'd be better off buying the product from eBay than losing your money to them. At least you'll have someone to contact if you have a problem. I can summarize this experience in one word: terrible!!!

DO NOT USE!! Stated on website that they had 50+ of item I needed in stock. Paid extra to send express to UK as needed fast. Turns out the item wasn't in stock and would have to wait at least 8-10 days for "processing" Even before shipping. 15 days goes by and then I received an email with the order cancelled due to stock/item issue. I could have ordered elsewhere and have my car back driving already. 2 weeks wasted to these jokers. Very poor service. Please avoid.

The service team was very helpful in assisting with a package that was lost. All in all a bad situation was made positive by a dedicated and professional Customer Service team. They came through in a big way. Also a great selection of parts for your German automobiles both old and new.

If you can wait a bit good price.

Bought a brand new indercator lens for Passat B6 and they sent outs clearly used one. I’ve tried emailing them but had no response.

Absolutely avoid, paid £80 for a brand new part and was sent a £20 used one.
