INEPT WOULD BE A STEP UP FROM THIS!

They do not respond to web message inquiries or emails. Calling and trying to speak to someone that speaks English is a waste of time. Even those who do speak English well, will say they don't and won't deal with you. They say call back and when you do, it is the same response. Then I am given the main switchboard number by some guy assuring me I will be able to speak to an English speaking person in Cologne only to get a recorded message asking for a selection in German. Push any number and you are back to where you started. When I asked for them to take my details and have an English speaking person call me, they hung up. Anywhere else in the world a Cash Buyer would be treated as Gold. With this company, you don't even qualify for a response. According to other Websites, it says avoid Foreclosures as everything this website states is a lie. They say properties only go for above the Market Value, which suggests this company is fraudulent and disreputable if they are misrepresenting the truth about German foreclosure and stating you can get the property for 30% under the market value. Too Good to be true is never more appropriate than here. This is a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, WASTE OF MY TIME AND I NOW WILL NOT INVEST IN GERMANY SINCE THIS IS MY IMAGE OF HOW GERMANS DO BUSINESS - AVOID!!!!
