I had such an amazing experience with Reece and the Xupes team! I’ve been searching for this particular Chanel bag almost 2 years when it was released store, and I was beyond excited to find it on Xupes!! It’s an incredibly rare piece that I have never seen surface on the pre-loved market which made finding it through Xupes feel so special.

Reece was wonderful throughout the entire process. It really made the experience standout compared to all the other experiences I’ve had when shopping pre-loved luxury online. I honestly cannot recommend Xupes highly enough.

I had been looking at a particular Louis Vuitton and, as I was purchasing remotely, I wanted to feel completely confident before going ahead.

From the very beginning, Reece was absolutely fantastic. Every question I had was answered in incredible detail and, when I experienced problems with the website while trying to complete the purchase, Reece personally went back over the bag again and checked everything carefully.

What really stood out was the exceptional level of personal customer service. Reece was incredibly patient, reassuring and helpful throughout, including conversations outside normal hours. I genuinely felt that the priority was making sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase.

The bag arrived today and she is absolutely beautiful. 😍 The condition is even better than I had hoped and I am completely over the moon with her.

Beautiful bag. Excellent packaging and really good contact from the Director. I had originally reserved a different item. They extended the reservation and allowed me to swap my choice. Great service throughout.

I’ve just received my first bag from Xupes: a beautiful Hermès Lindy 26. I’d seen her on the website & asked if I may have a few more pictures. Reece came back straight away with some stunning photos which were taken just for me. I asked lots of questions about leather condition, odour etc etc. nothing was too much: Reece answered all my questions and gave me all the details I needed. Finally I pulled the trigger …. And here she is today.
Every single detail was absolutely faultless: even to how the box was secure taped! Inside nestled in a Xupes tote and beautiful tissue paper was my bag in its Hermès dustbag. I don’t think I have EVER sourced a bag of age in such a stunning condition. Every detail was exactly as Reece described.
It was a rather special moment purchase & the way I’ve been looked after just made it absolute gold. 🧡.
An amazing company and such a fabulous team. It won’t be my last bag I buy - I’ve already started a wish list. The special thing is, I know Reece will know, even after just 1 purchase, what I would love.
