I can only recommend the store. The questions and remarks concerning my order were answered in a very friendly and quick manner and to my complete satisfaction. The customer service whether on the phone or by e-mail is great!

Proactive customer support
With most of the products made in China, logistics are still mess-up in Europe. Some customer support person are confusing if you are not a German speaker.
Overall after 10 orders, they are proactive and try to support you, even in case of large orders

I do not recommend
part (house heating system) ordered on Dec 22, 2022. Nothing arrived by Jan 9, 2023. Service center constantly evasive answers. First, that it has already been sent, only to get an e-mail a week later that it will be sent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Schade, dass Sie mit unserem Service unzufrieden waren und uns negativ bewertet haben. Wir haben Anfang Dezember 2022 auf unserer Webseite die Information veröffentlicht, dass wir ab dem 22.12.2022 keine Bestellungen wegen Inventur versenden und alle Bestellungen ab dem 21.12.2022 erst nach den 02.01.2023 bearbeitet werden.
Auch haben wir Informiert, dass wir zwischen den Weihnachtsfeiertagen telefonisch und per E-Mail nicht zu erreichen sind.
Da Sie keine Bestellnummer in Ihrer Bewertung angegeben haben, können wir leider nicht im Detail prüfen, warum die Lieferung erst nach dem 09.01.2023 erfolgte. Wir können nur vermuten, dass der Artikel eine längere Lieferzeit hatte von 7-10 Tage.
Bad customer service
Never received such poor treatment in a customer service.
Receives email that my product has been sent directly from the supplier for faster delivery time. And at the same time receives a tracking number. The product is then sent to them instead of directly to the recipient address in Denmark.
So instead of receiving after 4 days, it takes up to 14 days.
The company will not admit that they have made a mistake. Never got such poor service.
