Office 2024 cannot be activated
Rewriting review. At first I was unable to install and activate office 2024. Helpdesk replied fast and guided me.
To be honest, just follow the installation guide and don't search for the installation package yourself 😀

You can always call our free helpdesk number if you need assistance, but you will also find a link to the Office scrubber in the installation guide.
This scrubber was specifically developed to resolve this type of issue. The guide also contains step-by-step instructions on how to run the scrubber correctly.
Once the scrubber has been completed, you should be able to install and activate the Office package purchased from us without any problems.

You mean the installation screen that says Office 365 is being installed?
That is completely normal. The installer used for Office 2024 is very similar to the Microsoft 365 installer, so references to Microsoft 365 may appear during the installation process. But the 2024 is installed.
This is also explained in the installation guide. Once the installation is complete, Office 2024 will be installed and activated with your key according to the instructions provided. Maaruh je mag altijd even bellen he als het niet lukt, ik help je graag. 😅

I'm sorry to hear that the USB drive was not recognized by your laptop. Unfortunately, this can happen on some systems due to BIOS/UEFI settings, Secure Boot settings, USB port compatibility, or the way the computer is configured to boot from external media.
I would have been happy to help you troubleshoot this, as these issues can usually be resolved quite quickly with the right settings. Unfortunately, I did not receive a support request from you before this review was posted.
