Disappointing.
Disappointing.
The plants appear to have spent way too much time in the box.
The shipping label was created 15.09, at which date the plantes were boxed I presume since you need weight & dimensions of the packet to create the label. But the plants were shipped only the 24.09. The shipping after that was relatively fast as I received the 29.09.
They look like they spent 15 days in the box not 5.
The atemoya lost almost all its leave and look sick.
The jaboticaba was not secured correctly in the box and so go crushed and half the branches are broken.
So overall not the best unboxing experience by far.

Ordered a cactus that arrived one week late and the tip of the cactus was damaged

Dead plants, damaged package
The package arrived in very damaged condition. 1 of the 4 plants is dead, the other have broken branches (live in France, i don’t speak italian unfortunately).
I tried contacting via email but no response yet. I've paid +200€ but received defective merchandise.
Please refund me.
