Great products, and customer service
I ordered roof panels and trims then realised I had ordered the wind size. I contacted customer services who were quick to respond and amended the order. The delivery date was scheduled as requested and arrived on time.

Good service but delivery not planned well.
Varico's website was easy to use, picking the products, pricing and placing the order was very straight forward. The delivery service was less smooth, we were given 4-5 day delivery window and of course they delivered on the one day we were not home. The goods were pushed over a 6' high gate and we were unaware that it was there until the following morning ! Luckily there was no damage to the goods

Ordered 16mm polycarbonate sheets
Ordered 16mm polycarbonate sheets , rafters.. for my pergola . website easy to navigate. Received email when I should expect delivery. All arrived as scheduled. . Delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful. Good instructions on the website how to install. Because of that I managed to install it myself . Sheets and rafters are good quality and came in perfect condition, cut to correct size. No need for adjustment. From beginning to end great service and great product!

Straight through on the phone for a sample. There was a slight delay on the sample arriving (2nd class post) and that had me a little worried that there would be a bit of a delay for the actual order. But needn't have worried as it was within 3 working days. :-)
