Shipped very fast, but from Northern Ireland, wich is a bit ridiculous because I'm in Italy and I'm sure they have wharehouses in Europe in places closer to Italy but ok... The shipment took 8 days, but everything was alright. Recommended, but be careful about the shipping, and UPS is shit

Disappointing
I received it in the mail, but it doesn't work. I've set it up, but I can't get any heat out of it. I followed every single instruction provided, but it won't produce heat, so I haven't been able to test it properly. What should I do?

Product is not working and the store won't answer messages asking for a devolution.
I bought a PAX 4. It overheats and can't be used for longer than 15 minutes. I wrote 2 times asking for a devolution, but i did not have an answer in 1 week.

I am pleasantly surprised by how well the shipping went. The product appears to be of high quality in terms of workmanship, though I am somewhat disappointed with the battery performance. Nevertheless, I can certainly imagine ordering from you again.

Also the teams are great and helpful when you need information or if your vapo is misfuncioning and still under warranty, they respectfully replace it and you get it delivered within a week !

Delivery was in time but tracking during shipping didn’t work properly. Their reply to my e-mail was within a few hours though and all goods where as advertised.
Would use them again.
