I was extremely happy with the service I received from Travel House, Bridgend. The customer service rep was very helpful in providing me with information and choice of hotels for an Italian City Break and also with flights to Canada last month which worked very well with my schedule and intended destinations.

Gordon Smith is amazing! I’ve been booking my tickets and families with him for many years ! He is punctual very polite and accommodates providing all options at best prices. When whole family, kids and elderly parents travelling many times have different schedules, with changes and have had to cancel at last minute and obtain refunds. Gordon has been to hand and accommodated accordingly. Always drop him a message or email and responds on return.

The service was very good. Luke Walker who attended to me was efficient and kind. It was quick. Marvellous.

Jeff took his time to ask questions, understand what I needed and he gave me flight options to SA. He really took his time to listen allowing me to ask questions, before making a decision.
