We had a great experience booking Travel Force for our School Trip. The prior communication and arrangements were efficient and very well organised. On the day, our Driver Henrick was excellent. He was friendly, punctual and a great driver. All round we had an amazing experience and will be booking with them again.

Very modern and clean Bus, was quoted to us as a mini bus but was closer to a minicoach, with working aircon which was an absolute godsend. Thanks Dean for a very pleasant journey.

The driver arrived late, which caused unnecessary stress and delayed the start of the trip. In addition, it was clear that the driver did not know the route. He appeared to be lost and eventually dropped us off far away from our intended destination. He then told us that his driving time had finished and that he could not take us any further, leaving us to find our own way to our destination.

We booked with you for a team away day, and the experience was perfect. You were prompt, arriving before the scheduled time which set our minds at ease, and then you got us to our destination quickly and effortlessly. Your communication was fantastic, and oyu also got us back on time. Would definitely use again!

Needed a 16 seater minibus for a trip from London to Canterbury. Tried every single Kent based company and none had any availability. These guys came up trumps. Quick response on a quote. Good communication throughout, including drivers contact number. Was able to be flexible when we asked to bring the pick up time forward by an hour. Good quality VIP minibus as ordered. No hesitation in recommending to others.

We are returning customers because we love the experience so much. The booking process is very straightforward and you hear back from them right away. They have good options to make payment either by card or transfer, which make admin on our side a lot easier.

The buses are in a wonderful condition, the communication is great, and the drivers are very professional, always on time, and always happy to adjust to the client's needs. Can't recommend them enough.
