I recently purchased a complete bed and dining chairs from Trademax. The ordering process was easy, and I found the website simple to navigate. There was a good selection of furniture at competitive prices, and placing my order was straightforward. I'm now looking forward to receiving my order and hope the quality and delivery will meet my expectations.

We ordered the item in April around Easter. It was stated delivery of 3-8 days, which fit well within our renovation timeline, even with some minor delay. No news after 3 weeks and I started to contact the customer support, and to my surprise, Trademax does NOT have a telephone support. The only available option is to chat with customer support from the website and followed by email. The customer support did have good attitude, but it didn't solve the problem. In the early the email conversation, they said that the item was in terminal for scanning and would soon send an update for delivery. However, no delivery update. I went back and forth with customer service for several weeks, with a lots of frustration.

The renovation project was delayed. We had to cancel our daughter's birthday party at home and reschedule our vacation in May. And even during our summer vacation in June, I had to follow up this with the customer support. We finally got the item in mid July, about 3.5 months after the order. This is a significant delay in delivery.

After all this, wasting so much time and being frustrated, there is no offer for compensation or any good gesture from Trademax to value its customer. This is, without doubt, the WORST online shopping experience I have in my life.

I recently bought a couch from Trade Max, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and comfort. The fabric feels durable, the cushions are supportive, and the overall design fits perfectly with my living room. Delivery was smooth, and the team kept me updated throughout the process. After using it for a few weeks, I can say it’s both stylish and functional, making it a great addition to my home. If you’re looking for a couch that balances comfort, aesthetics, and value, this one from Trade Max is definitely worth considering.

Fast delivery, earlier than expected. Good price for the item I have bought (wardrobe), even though the item was marked on sale while the same item on another website was at the same price.

All parts of the beds not delivered. The bed corners with pliers wood were supposed to be covered but there didn't do it or delivered the co ers to be put .im not happy with the bed.

Last week I invited one party in my friends house.
He bought new leather sofa,I was so nice.then I came to my home and asked my wife about this sofa.i show pictures.she said nice also.then we ordered same sofa but different color.now we are waiting for delivery.
Our kids also excited about sofa.

The staff, Alishba, who answered our queries and helped us with the order was really helpful. She was very patient and helped us with the order. The delivery as well was on time and everything was in order. Overall happy and satisfied with how everything went.

I have been waiting more than a month to return the damaged sofa still nothing happened there just bull shitting and cheating my money. For my last review guy who have replied and said it has given to the handling section nothing happened his name is Simon. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM TRADEMAX I'M GIVING A WARNING AGAIN.

I had a very bad and stressful experience shopping from trademax online. During the purchase i was asked to fill in my information and after that they claimed pick up is not in Malmö but out of Skåne and the only option was home delivery. Firstly delivery was not on time, secondly they never brought my package home as arranged after staying home the whole day. I neither receive a phone call from them or call from the gate to open the gate and they claimed delivery failed. I spoke with them and never received a call from them. Rather i received a message that i risk return and will pay a sum of 900- 1000kr. Then i received a text to pick my package at their terminal in Malmö after i paid for home delivery. I had to book a taxi to collect my package. Why did they put pick up is in Malmö. After i made payment for home delivery, i was asked yo pick it up my self in ghrir terminsl in Malmö. The stress they put me through is not an experience i would like anyone to go through. After talking to them , they didn’t give me the help i needed and ignored my calls. They don’t provide their contact number aswell and they do not reply emails. I need a refund for not delivering my package.

I am very happy with this table. The delivery was fast and arrived earlier than expected. The packaging was very good and protected the product well, so it came in perfect condition without any damage. The quality of the table is excellent, the materials feel strong and durable, and the design is simple and modern which fits perfectly in my living room. It was also easy to assemble and looks exactly like the pictures. The size is just right and very practical for everyday use.
