We were about to buy a house and picked Tor as our inspector (“byggesagkyndig”) based on the many excellent reviews. It was clear from the reviews that he is thorough, and that he checks for moisture and actually climbs up in the attic, which were two of our biggest concerns.

Tor saved us from a house that had an ongoing water leak, serious moisture damage, visible mold, and missing fireproofing in the attic---issues that weren’t in the original inspection report (“tilstandsrapport”).

On top of that, Tor took the time to explain all of these issues to me clearly in English (I quickly exhausted my limited Danish), so I would especially recommend him to fellow expats and internationals who want to make sure they fully understand what they're being told.

I highly recommend him if you’re buying a house in his inspection area.

Tor provided useful and easily understandable technical support during the purchase of our new home. When you are buying a new house there are a thousand things to consider and decide on. Important things that you have no clue about. Tor helped us with all the tecnical aspects of the house by; reviewing all documentation about the house and inspecting the house. During the inspection he answered all our questions and at the end of the inspection he summarized everything to ensure we had good understanding of the condition of the house we were buying. He has also been available to answer follow up questions to clarify some things we were uncertain of after the inspection.

I got TP Byggesagkyndig to inspect a house I was about to buy. TP was very flexible and available in a period that everyone else was on holiday. During the inspection TP spent the time to investigate the whole house without rush at all. TP found solutions to problems the house had that I believe will save me some money in the future. TP also gave answers I had regarding the house condition.TP was more expensive compared to the other offers I got but on the other hand I got the flexibility and the high quality inspection. If you are looking for a professional inspector with high flexibility I think TP is the one you should go for.
