Just had a delivery of pens from Total Merchandise. Poppy S organised the design work for us and was more than happy to help, despite me asking for multiple options to be mocked up. The pens and printing were exactly as described, and they were produced and delivered to us really quickly!

As a charity, we’re always keeping an eye out for reasonably priced merch and materials for the programmes we run for young people. We’ve been looking for a merch company who are honest about their prices, who include their VAT in quotes and who make the process as easy as possible. The order of tea towels was very efficiently and politely managed by Poppy S. The only slight hiccup was with the couriers who left the parcel with neighbours and didn't let me know that they had done so. I let Poppy know the next day that no delivery had been received and she resolved the problem. The tea towels were printed and delivered much more quickly than I'd expected.

The experience from enquiry to delivery was seamless. Poppy S was available to help with the process and updated me throughout.
