I never received my order, after 2 months, writing multiple times to the customer service!! This company is scamming people

Excellent customer care service....I had a problem with compatibility and THEY ACTIVELY REACH OUT TO ME, WITHOUT MYSELF STARTING TO ASK FOR A RESOLUTION. Customer service ++++!!!
Then they fixed everything. Will always buy from them in the future..

poor, quality and service. Non delivery and expect me to pay for goods I have not had.

Order not shown in my account. Payment done. No way of getting a contact. Printer stopped.

Don’t even think about using this company!!
Bought some printer products and the first time the experience was quick and efficient.
Second time the product was taking ages to arrive. I checked the tracking to find it stuck with DHL. After having to chase them I discovered the items were stuck on a pallet waiting clearance and Tone Partner hadn’t provided the paper work needed.
Meanwhile I had been trying numerous times to contact TP and they never bothered to respond at all. Only when I escalated a claim with PayPal did they start to take notice.

Now the product is going back to them and they say I have to wait for it to be returned before I get a refund! Shocking!
How do they stay in business.

This was the best site to purchase original cannon ink cartridges at a lower price including postage compared to Amazons with free postage. I generally order over Amazon as a Prime customer but this time Amazons price was more expensive. The company’s price and delivery service was top, and I would definitely use it again if the price is cheaper than Amazons.

Delivery took 1 month from placing the order, only to find out that the toner is not compatible with my HP as it is a insufficent alternative. I have chosen the correct model and it looked exactly like the originals but it is not workable. hence sending them back!

No delivery till now.

Mid July we ordered and paid upfront for a set of toners. It took much longer than indicated on the website before it was we got the notice that they wer on the road for delivery.
Although our office was open when they would deliver, there was no delivery at all. The status changed into "delivered" but nothing was received. We immediately send a mail out and got the reply they "would investigate". It took several declarations from out side that we did not receive the toners, they were not delivered elsewhere and now, nearly 3 months later: TonerPartner is closing our file without delivery of toners, without invoice and with a fake signature on a delivery paper from the transporter. I warn you all that they do not treat you as a customer at all and this is all fraude !

In other words NOTHING IS BEING DONE WITH COMPLAINS and I remain without toners and with more than 130 EUR paid without getting anything. Again: Do not buy anything from them and to Christoph Weber: you should be ashamed to give this answer instead of resolving it !

Cheat company. If you opt for first time registration and coupon, they change the price and increase the price. See for yourself in attached screenshot.

The website without coupon shows black cartridge as 12 euro while the mobile site with coupon shows 14 Euro.

How can you trust them

on the website it reported delivery on the same day. After 4 days, I have not seen any article ordered. On top, I called the customer service just to have an idea about the delivery and they said they had no idea about when the articles would be arriving at my address. It seems they are not up to the task

Scam artists

We paid for items then they refund the Money 24hrs later. One year on now we are being chased by German debt collectors for item we have not received. No help what so ever from customers service at all.

Never buy from this company! Must be cheating or something! Reveiced faulty items. No response for any emails.

Their scandinavia site where I bought items, when trying to visit says only: "This website is currently in maintenance mode. Please try again later." And for months at least!

Not giving Tracking ID in the first place, no news after 5 days of order. Bad and slow communication. Order the same stuff from Ebay, arriving one day after the order!! The Price here is also not the best! Why order here? Not again!

Con artists.
Sold us toners and charged us for them. 4 days later they emailed us, that toners are no longer available and promised us a refund.
2 weeks later we are still chasing our money.
Avoid!!!
