All of our shipping services are advertised as 'Service is provided from day of dispatch'. Your shorts were dispatched on Monday 17 August 2026 and delivered on Wednesday 19 August 2026 at 10.42am with in the advertised time frame.

Brilliant service
I recently purchased a pair of Twins quick wraps from Thai Boxing Store UK. Unfortunately after a couple of training sessions I noticed an issue with the wrap material starting to fray.
I contacted the team and Paul was absolutely brilliant. He got back to me, apologised for missing my first message, and without any hassle arranged for a replacement pair to be sent out straight away. He didn’t make the process difficult or ask me to jump through hoops — he simply looked after the customer.
It’s very rare these days to receive this level of service. The issue was clearly with the product and not the shop, but they still stood behind what they sold and sorted it immediately.
I’ll definitely continue buying my Muay Thai equipment from here and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality gear backed by a company that genuinely cares about its customers.
