Delayed order - asked for cancellation BEFORE it was sent and they refused to cancel. Instead now I have to do the return which is very inflexible, only operating via correos (offices far away) and on top they charge me the mailing fee and for the "encordado" service. BAD, BAD, BAD

Thieves! Bought a tennis racket, Never received it. They said the delivery address was incorrect despite the fact that they had previously sent shoes to the same address. Said they would not reimburse me until it had been sent back to the warehouse. Weeks later - nothing!

Sent the wrong sizes on everything, of course right sizes no longer available. Paying shipping, plus return fees fee, and wasting money. Wasted hours selecting the equipment, when I called in the phone I received 0 help and accountability.

Do yourself a favor and go to your local tennis store.

Avoid this site. I have had no response from multiple customer service emails and calls relating to two orders. The website is average and order tracking lacking in detail. Poor.

I've placed an order 5 days ago and paid it. Since then I haven't received ANY response from them except automatic emails about purchase when it was just paid.
I have sent 2 email in English and Spanish, called them, wrote in social media channels - NO RESPONSE. I just want to know where is my package and how much time I should wait for it!!!!

Fast and punctual, all products met my expectations.

Order made 3 weeks ago, but still has not arrived. Tennis point does not reply to emails.

Absolute theives.
You place and order, request the cancellation, DAYS later they tell you it has been shipped. It isn't, there is no tracking and then, suddenly after asking multiple cancellations, starting from right after placing the order, you get a shipping confirmation.

Impossible to contact anyone, their communication times are horrible if you even get a response.

I don't understand how this company even exists...

They finally agree to the return and refund, but then you get a confirmation email a month later with 40€ deducted from the refund.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to do so.

I ordered a tennis racket as a gift, but the delivery process took more than two weeks and became unnecessarily complicated. The address provided to the carrier was initially incorrect or incomplete, which caused delivery failures.

After multiple emails and escalations with Tennis-Point, DHL and CTT Express, a delivery attempt was finally made, but the courier did not properly ring the intercom and did not contact me by phone.

Instead of delivering the package or leaving it at a nearby pickup point, I was instructed to collect it myself from a warehouse in an industrial area, requiring around a 40-minute drive during a working day.

In the end, I had to resolve the situation myself, which defeats the purpose of home delivery.

This was especially disappointing because the racket was for a child, who was waiting for it every day as it was meant to be a gift.

Although the product itself is fine, the overall experience was far below expectations. What is most disappointing is that Tennis-Point refused to offer any compensation, despite the clear service failure.

I hope the company improves its logistics processes and takes more responsibility for such cases.

I've ordered once tennis shoes (order TP-1030496) and it was cancelled without explanation. Then I chose another one (order TP-2272647) and again it was cancelled for no reason and no explanation. I urgently need tennis shoes. What is the issue? Why is it so unreliable to make an order on your website? I am making order, waiting 3 days and then it gets cancelled.

I bought some sneakers to be delivered to Spain and everything was correct and perfect.

I have placed the order on 3rd Dec and not received the shipment till today, 9th Dec. The order mentioned delivery in 2-3 business days.

I've had a wonderful experience here, buying several rackets, a stringing machine, a ton of balls, and much more—always high-quality products, polite and attentive staff. This is top-notch service.

Dreadful experience.

Bought a Wilson tennis bag. Had an immediate fault. Took it back the next day. Was refused a refund on the basis that they needed to contact Wilson. The shop took possession of the bag and promised they would call me. That was 3 weeks ago. No call, no bag. The shop has ignored several emails. Customer service does not get any worse.

Excellent service from Tennis-Point. The website is easy to navigate, with a wide selection of quality tennis products at great prices. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived perfectly packaged. Customer service was helpful and responsive, making the whole shopping experience smooth and reliable. I will definitely order from Tennis-Point again and highly recommend them to any tennis enthusiast.

How is it possible that tennis-point mail doesn't work? We can reach you only by phone, in german... is it a good support for customers?? I didn't receive my goods.. no explanation, no contact.

I ordered a racket but it never got to me. Trying to contact costumer service but they just do not respond. No racket, no refund. Avoid.

Terrible experience, 4 weeks with no communication on a racket purchased .. no clear way to communicate and zero care given. Worst customer service ever. Told after 4 weeks I had supplied incorrect details even though for the last 3 years I’ve sent many orders through tennis point with the same address . Has to open up a PayPal case to get my money back . Avoid
