First time we've ordered from Taste Fine wines.
Located a wines we had in Langholm, Scotland with them.
We can only say our experience was first class.
Easy to follow ordering on there site, reasonable cost too.
Wine sent out straight after we ordered and was with us in a few days and we'll packed.
As for the wine absolutely delicious.
We were not disappointed.

Substitute wine
A substitute was supplied which was not as good as the Pinot Grigio ordered. We were offered a £5 reduction but had to place an order valued at £60 plus. The original offer of a £5 voucher was not based in placing a further order of £60+ but was a gesture to make up for our complaint. The matter is now close as we will not be using them again.

Hi Carol/Tom. When you placed your order, we informed you that the wine you had ordered had been relabeled by the winery, but we understood it to be the same quality. When you reached out to say the ABV had changed, we relayed this information to the rep, who was as surprised as we were. At this stage, you said that you were happy to keep the wine and accept a voucher for £5 off your next order of 6 bottles, so we are really surprised to receive a 1-star review.
Unfortunately, sometimes wines can change, and until we get feedback from our customers, we don’t know. We have again reported your comments to the rep, as we are disappointed that we were told it was simply a rebranding exercise, but it seems they have gone beyond that.
My order was urgent
My order was urgent, I needed confirmed delivery the next day and live some 2oo miles away. The staff member I spoke with was very helpful and I am happy to say that the order was delivered the next morning. The wine: Anniversario 62 is a beautiful, well bodied wine from Italy and I am happy to say that I got the last crate (pre- stock delivery). Happy days, well done to Taste Fine Wines.

A delicious wine easy on the digestion not too strong I had a bottle and was pleasantly merry. I could taste the mild spices and it had a lovely bottle but what can I do with it?!!!
