I value two companies for their customer service, Springtime and Chewy. What I value Springtime more for is for them using UPS instead of Fed-ex. Fed-ex will dump my large boxes at the end of my long, rural driveway in spite of having clear instructions on the box. My UPS delivery man not only brings my much smaller box to the house, he closed and locked my gate for me so I wouldn't have to go down there after dark. Just saying!
