Wrong shipping
According to the product description, I bought this rope, but I received a 9.8 mm one instead of a 9.5 mm one. Customer service is not only slow, but also poor. I received no solution and no apology, and on several occasions Sportokay informed me that I could return the product by covering the return shipping cost as well as the original shipping fee. This makes no sense when I received the wrong product due to a mistake made by the seller.

I placed an order in June for a pair of cycling bibs from Endura. On the website they were a gorgeous colour of purple. In real life, they were a lot darker and clearly a lot different from the website. I had a bad experience with the customer support, for the return label was not reimbursed. They stated it (the colour of the cycling bibs) as ”slight deviations may always occur”. I advise anyone to search for a specific item on multiple websites before placing an order. I did not do this and I regret it. I will not be returning to this website, for I consider it does not fully comply with the consumer protection rules. Also, I received the money back (minus the return label, 15 euro) in a week and a half after they got the return package, which was okay, given the fact that I had no hopes in getting even a partial refund.

We create and check our product images ourselves using up-to-date equipment and high-quality Retina displays in order to show the products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, slight colour deviations can unfortunately occur. This may depend on different screen settings, display types, brightness, contrast, device calibration or the lighting in which the product is viewed.
For this reason, minor differences between the product image and the actual item can never be completely ruled out. We are sorry that this led to dissatisfaction in your case.
Your return was processed and refunded after receipt and inspection of the item. We would also like to clearly state that SportOkay.com is a reputable online shop and that concerns about not receiving a refund are unfounded. Refunds are processed properly in accordance with our return policy.

SportOkay did good job during delivery. The size isn't good. XXL have dimension XL. I measured it by measuring instrument.
