Rang customer service as goods came in 2 different deliveries but was informed because of the size of the box it would come on different delivery. Came next, so customer service was great the delivery time was fast and the price was great!

I ordered a Thule roof rack on Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Saturday morning. How did they manage that? Outstanding service and prices beat Halfords by a mile.

Used these folks a couple of times over the years for Thule stuff and always been impressed. The website and financial transaction process feels a little old fashioned but everything works perfectly. This time we needed advice about what precisely we needed in Thule feet and adaptor kit to adapt our existing stuff for a new car, Chris emailed back really quickly with a precise answer and links to the bits we needed. Once we had got the car placed an order for the bits and they arrived next morning really well packaged in bubble wrap. Definitely one of our "go to" online shops

I bought a Cycleops magneto Pro form these guys. Its a seriously good turbo trainer. I did a good bit of research and found these guys the cheapest. The trainer comes with lifetime warranty so I wanted to buy from a reputable company. Ordered on Tuesday arrived on Thursday morning. Can pay using paypal which is the future of online payments. Called on Thursday to ask where my turbo was and the guy was really helpful and tracked my order to downstairs as it had just been delivered. The turbo is also the newests version with the clutch knob to get the correct pressue on your wheel. Wiggle is selling the old version with the lever for 80 pounds more!?! These guys are the real deal. No idea how they are flogging quality products at this price and still providing an excellent service. I never write reviews but I checked here first before buying from these guys as have you if you are reading this. Dont believe me then give them a call. There was no put on hold music or waiting in a queue just a top bloke waiting to help you out on the other end of the line. I know turbos arent thier speciality but they hav ea good selection on cycleops and tbh i researched a heap of turbos and know alot of ppl with them and I came to the conclusion that cycleops is one of the leading brands for quaility and witht he lifetime warranty how can you go wrong. I bought a Thule bike carrier. Delivered straight away and considerably cheaper than anyone else I could find. I had an issue with one of the wheel clamps. Never had a problem with tile before but I emailed ski drive and it they sorted it immediately. They were very apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. Will definitely use them regularly from now on.

Good service and very competitive prices. Very fast, efficient response to queries, before and after placing order. There was a problem with the fixings supplied with the goods (not Skidrives fault), but Skidrive provided replacements within 24hrs.

Ordered a pair of Snow Chains with standard delivery and received them within 2 days. Went back onto website and ordered a set of Thule Roof Box bags with standard delivery and again received within 2 days. However best bit is they were the best price I could find on the internet and delivery was free. Will use again and highly recommended.

ordered a Thule hang-on bike rack, lock and light bar all for the price Halfords were charging for the bike rack alone (give or take a couple of quid). The order was delivered in just over 24 hrs and was very well packed.
