Backstabing customers
Had a contract to sell solar power to them for 2 years.
Today out of the blue I got email that my contract terminated, because... they buy energy only from customers that has both selling and buying contract.
Would be ok if they notice in advance, but this was done on yesterdays date!
Support cannot say a thing, it is my problem now.
Update:
whatever your T&C says:
* I got contract explicitly to sell energy, not to buy;
* I never had buying contract with you (previous OKQ8), just selling;
* it was working for you for some time, around a year. Then you terminate it out of blue without notification period.
You are not worth customer trust and my rating is reflecting that.

The worst Broadband network
Every time i have had to move broadband they have messed it up. This time i just upgraded the speed of my internet and it has shut down the connection. Something that is proved by a check by my provider to be thier fault. Thier reply is that it could take 5 days for them to "look at it". This happened at my previos homes as well, a 100% fail rate at 3 seperate addresses.
I work via distance as a special needs support teacher and now have to find somewhere to work from or pay for extra mobile data, all while paying for internet that does not work due to thier incompatance.
If you read the complaint you would see that yes, I is Skellefteå krafts network that is the problem. Not the provider. It is your internet infrastructure that is not working. AGAIN.

Skekraft is the best!
I have had my electricity contract through Skekraft for almost a year and I have been very satisfied. Today I called customer service and spoke with a very friendly agent who listened to what I wanted for 2025 and we came to an agreement without any problems. After about 10 minutes, my new contract was sent to me by email. I like Skekraft for many reasons...affordable prices, sustainable and green energy and, best of all, fantastic customer service!
