This has been the worst week ever in terms of logistics and shipping paperwork. The logistics staff made a mistake in providing the sender's Gmail contact information, preventing DHL from contacting the sender to obtain the necessary documents, resulting in the package being held for over a week.

Another problem: an artwork intended for the US was shipped to Germany for framing, and couldn't clear customs in Leipzig, Germany. The package is at risk of being returned to the sender, causing significant complications.

You need someone who can handle this logistics process well. I've been selling on Singulart since 2020 and have never had such a bad experience.

Gorgeous painting

The part handled by Singulart was pretty convenient. However the delivery service company was not that helpful not informing of pick up hours, which is not convenient at all. They just come whenever they come (in terms of an hour) which may not be handy for the sender, who cannot sit and await their arrival throughtout the day

Clear explanation of what to do on sending an arrtwork.and quick response to questions

One day after I put my painting on the profile of SIngulart, it was already sold. Two days later, it was picked up at home. Wow, how fast and professional was that!!

The incubating of ideas and past things seen, plays a big part in the evoking an artwork; first the "crush " you have for something seen or imagined which jolts you into action. The word "crush" is not my invention, but it sums up neatly the moving force to put crayon to canvas.

There was a set pick up time the guy never came for the package. I couldn’t reach anyone in the afternoon. Till later next morning. Tried to reach out to all I can for that reason multiple answers came back. I said I will send it my self then but another line set up a new pickup time. I just realized it in time before I took it my self and the guy showed up. It be easier if there is a phone connection as well this time if needed. It’s my first time so I didn’t exactly know either how to do everything.
