Awful experience with click og hent
When I went to pick up my item, its box was destroyed and a piece was missing. Initially the clerk didn't even apologise about the state of the item. I had to make them notice that was not acceptable and a piece was missing. They managed to find the missing part, but no mention of discount even though the part inside the destroyed box was dirty.

Two places showed in the website they had a reol på lager. So I order at two places. And both places did not have it.

Not happy with the quality of the product packaging
My overall online shopping experience was standard, but the packaging needs improvement. The website selection is decent, and the Click & Collect service worked perfectly for me. However, I was disappointed with how one of my items I received. The product packaging was already opened, making it look like a item previously returned by another customer. The internal packaging was also in very poor condition. If I had seen this on a store shelf, I would not have purchased it. Receiving a seemingly used or returned item as new was a highly disappointing experience. I discovered that once I am back home from the Silvan shop. If I shop again, I will check the product before I receive from Click and Collect counter. I trusted Silvan this time, but it seemed not worth.
