Jørgen Hilsen was especially helpful this late Sunday evening, with an shower mixer problem. He explained and help me find a good solution as I had the water turned off at the house.

I ordered and paid for an item (panini grill 2000W), went to collect it from Click&Collect of Silvan on Lygten, had to wait nearly 15 minutes for someone to show up after ringing 3 times every few minutes, then I got a wrong item (smaller, cheaper panini grill), and after I realised at home it wasn't what I had ordered, I had to go back, wait again to find out the actual item is not available (there were 3 items available at the location according to the website) and I can go to Kundeservice desk to get a refund. How can an item be not in store and yet be shown online as available for Click&Collect?
I wasted an hour of my life on this. But at least the return was quick, I got money back the following day. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Ordered 19 bags of insulation delivered at home, they shipped a palled made of 16 bags, still charging the full amount. Customer service is not replying

Never got my order after it was supposed to be ready for click & collect. Had to order it for delivery a week after as nobody bothered to get in touch despite me calling the specific shop. Still haven’t received a refund or update, but they need a review lol.

Silvan is a really good house and DIY equipment and products. Very helpful team and a good range of products always on shelves.

Great service, Kasper helped find exactly what I’m looking for also took the time to assist with cutting a wood plank which saved me lot of time. My previous visits were also great more choices with the products and staff ready to assist.
