Worst company ever, order an air cooler and what arrived is a far with a mist. It doesn’t even look the same as advertised, it took 3 weeks to arrive ended up disappointed.

Piece missing from item, no resolution via customer services

I ordered 3 ceiling fans, when I opened them I first was a little disappointed in the size of them, but honestly they work brilliantly. I did have a problem as one of the remotes didnt work, so i bought some batteries and replaced it, but it still didnt work, so contacted Shimmer07, and I sent them a video of it, showing one doesn't work but one of the others did work. Outcome, they are reimbursing some money back to me, which I am very pleased with. Since this I have ordered 2 more. Thank you for all your kindness and help.

Faulty product but given full refund after delay due to customer services and support getting thir lines crossed

I ordered the can of defroster to defrost my fridge. It says package delivered but it hasnt been, i am most disappointed with this company. I wont be ordering in future

I ordered 2 alarm clocks with WiFi camera. I received 2 alarms clocks without cameras.
I contacted Shimmer customer service as soon as I received them and haven't heard anything back to arrange a refund or exchange. Radio silence apart from the multiple emails getting me to buy other stuff!

The his is a scam, in so far as the product I bought, the phone holder for the car, claimed it’s:
-twist on suction pad meant it would securely stick to sift or hard surfaces in the car, from the plastic, leather or glass arts
-its magnetic head would grab your phone and shaking it wouldn’t dislodge it
-so secure you could attach it to the door glass to pull the door shut or the body to pull it open
-the arm so stable it would grab & keep your phone still
-if you tried to shake your phone off it could not
These are all lies!
It hardly grabs the iPhone at all, & having tried it with the Samsung, no different
You can ONLY attach it to hard surfaces in the car or risk it coming off with the car movements, and with soft sections it would topple over
The arm just extends or retracts for the few seconds the phone is attached & even then, the first bend means the phone flies off the ‘magnetic???’ Pad.
The comms throughout were non existent as no replies other than offering more rubbish.
It’s a total waste of money & buyers should beware!
Will be reporting to Trading Standards as they need their access to our market withdrawn.

i bought an item from this place i waited a long time for to get tracking info about a month later i received an email saying it was delivered at 7 o clock in the morning by ups parcel delivery company but nothing was delivered i tried my tracking info on ups tracking service which came up as invalid when i contacted slimmer07 they said it was delivered and to check with royal mail but they never delivered it and tracking info is not on their system slimmer07 wont refund me as they say it was delivered ive asked for proof of delivery but im getting no where so i really think they are a scam company i will never buy anything again from them every email i send them they just say its delivered

My payment was taken immediately, product (nail trimmer) came from China and never worked !! Internal damage. They will not refund me or answer my emails. I even offered to return the item but they are not responding. loads of spam adverts..do not trust this company...still no contact so im making people aware

Company sent me a cheap mixing mug instead of the item I ordered.
I complained, they did get back to me and offered a 50% refund. Why would you accept this when they sent me the wrong item?
Have emailed 6 times and get the automated response. Yet no answer to my full refund!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKED.

I CONTACTED THROUGH EMAIL AND ASKED FOR A RETURN LABEL TO RETURN IT FOR A REFUND.
I WAS ASKED TO SEND PHOTOS / VIDEO AND I TOLD THEM I HAD NO CAMERA THAT I WANTED TO RETURN IT FOR A REFUND.
THEY KEPT SENDING THE SAME MESSAGE OVER AND OVER AND OVER LOOKING FOR PHOTOS/VIDEO AND TOOK NO NOTICE OF MY MESSAGES.
THEY WONT SEND ME A RETURN LABEL AND HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY!
I WILL BE CONTACTING FACEBOOK TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THEY ARE ADVERTISING .

The worst piece of rubbish I have ever had the misfortune to part with my money for. Bears on resemblance to the clever filming. Clear case of false advertising

I ordered a Milk Frother as shown in the advert. However I received a completely different item, a magnetic stirrer cup, not a frother.
I claimed, and thankfully received, a full refund using the 2015 Consumer's Rights act, where when a item received is not as described then the responsibility for the cost of its return is of the retailer.
