I ordered four items in two packages. Today, I received one package containing four bags. Three of the bags contained items, but the fourth bag was empty.

When I contacted customer service, they told me that their system shows that the package was shipped correctly and asked me to check once again whether I had really looked properly, as if the missing dress had somehow hidden itself inside the package. I explained that I had checked everything and that the dress was not there, but they continued repeating that their system shows that everything had been packed.

I asked them to provide proof that the item had actually been shipped, but they refused to send me any evidence. They even blamed the delivery company.

I will never buy any products from SHEIN again. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have spent a lot of money on SHEIN products. That is why, in my opinion, Temu is definitely better — the quality is the same, but their willingness to help and their attitude towards customers are at a much higher level.

SHEIN is a huge disappointment for me.

I have boght many things from shein however, there service is very unreliable. I just ordered two dresses for a holiday with a delivery date of 3 days (this was pre payment). One I had paid it changed to "up to 28 days"! If this misses my holiday date, it will be the last time I order from them! Honesty is a virtue!!

I have been a loyal SHEIN customer for over 10 years. I placed an order worth $127.60 and my account was accessed through my phone number. I no longer have access to the old email attached to the account, which I explained to customer service. I have provided proof of payment from my banking app, but I have been unable to access my order details or get a resolution. I’m extremely disappointed that a long-term customer has not been given a reasonable way to verify ownership and receive support

Extremely Disappointed – Feels Like a Scam

I received an item that arrived broken, and to make matters worse, it was marked as non-refundable. I contacted customer service, expecting them to stand behind the products sold on their platform.

First, they told me they could only offer 50% of the price as compensation. After a long back-and-forth conversation, they finally asked me to send photos of the damaged item so they could “review” the case.

Honestly, this experience feels like a scam. Isn’t it the responsibility of a marketplace like SHEIN to make sure the sellers on their platform are providing safe, undamaged products? Customers should not have to fight this hard after receiving a broken item.

I would strongly advise everyone to be very careful when shopping on this website, especially if an item is labeled non-refundable. If something arrives damaged, don’t expect an easy or fair resolution.

This is a scam company. I ordered GE water filter XWFE but a month later I received XWF which is an older version of filter and cannot be convertible. I suspect they sent it on purpose because the older one is much cheaper. I tried to claim them but they erase my order number completely from my account and no way to complain to them. They are SCAM

This is a scam company that don’t pay you full amount when returning the garbage they sent. They are stealing shipping money the public. Low quality material and goods. Other companies no matter what, how or where they refunded in full, what you paid for and not a penny less but this scammer took away your shipping costs. DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEIN !!! Period !!!

Sizing is horrible and I didn't get the size I ordered

I do not recommend wating your time on The Puppy Keep game. Shein cheated me out of my winnings and my extra points for winning the game. Shein didn’t try to make it right when I contacted them. I won’t waste time out of my life playing their sammish game again. Life is too short to be rioed off even if its precious time.

Today SHEIN didn’t help us get into our account, we made a purchase and our account got deleted. We wanted to update our email and instead they sent a link to delete our account. Not to mention we also just bought an order and now we cannot access our account and our order is lost. There has been no refund either. Do not trust Shein

Received my dress with broken buckle, immediately started the return process with pictures taken within 30mins of receipt and sent them back but they refused to refund or replace the dress. They refunded 10% of 72 bucks. I would have been better off donating the dress. I'm done! Horrible customer service! You can't even speak with any human. Everything is done through chat.

[USU18C04R000000N7HH] which I spent the total of $176.69 I'm here to publicly complain and warn people about Shein! As you can see this company is a fraudulent company! My order was marked as delivered to a different city and to a different address. I immediatly contacted usps who conducted an investigation and provided me with a letter to give to shein as proof of the misdelivery that occurred! Literally after I provided the letter shein still deliberately denied my refund for my order. I will have to contact my bank and provide them with screenshots and proof because this is so disgusting to blatantly steal from people like this even with physical letter from the post office. They don't care about you and only want your money! I even showed my mailbox as proof and they deliberately denied it!

First time trying to buy £98 of fashion my bank steps in and asked are you sure this company not a scam so l stopd payment going through trying to get customer services impossible need to chat to a human being l ordered the clothes gavey bank details then it stopd on the 3 pin bank number so l could not pay

SHEIN offers a huge variety of trendy clothing at affordable prices, and it's easy to find something that fits your style. However, the quality is inconsistent-some items are great, while others don't match the photos or size guide.

I would give SHIEN a 3 1/2 if I could. Their clothing is a hit or miss when it comes to quality and size. However, I do appreciate the fact they have a stress free return policy. Even though the return process can be cumbersome, ,I had an issue returning an item using their return label. I contacted customer service via their live chat and provided them with proof . They then were able to provide me with a full refund and did not require me to return the item. I did not like the fit or quality they made things right with me. I’ll shop SHIEN before I do fashion Nova which has a horrible return policy and inconsistent sizing .Thanks SHIEN for at least trying to do right.

Don’t order with them! They use Speedx which is a highly UNRELIABLE delivery service in which SHEIN will not be able to communicate to if they STEAL YOUR PACKAGES! No one is held accountable!

I ordered at shein and the parcel marked delivered but I didn't receive it and I contacted shein for help they said they can't help. They are also asked for evidence which I did provide but still deny my refund.

I like shein's prices and clothing, but unfortunately I will not be ordering from them again. Shein's delivery service sucks, you might get your stuff and you might not. There delivery service delivered my stuff to the wrong address and when I sent them proof with pictures of the wrong address they claimed insufficient proof and refused to refund my money. I can't buy from a company where there delivery service is unaccountable, I don't have money to give away.

Brpught from Shein and never had a problem... HOWEVER received my order with 5 items missing. I believe my package had been tampered with as there was sellotape wrapped around the top of the packaging. I informed SHEIN of this and the 5 items that were missing. They had no interest at all and didnt want to know. Not even an offer of replacing maybe half the missing items ... So disappointed that I will no longer shop from there.

Another scam site exactly like Temu. I was told I would receive my three free gifts once the order I paid for after it's shipped. And there absolutely no way to gain those gifts I ordered. Another bait and switch site that caused me to do a one star review on Temu and never used them again. I spent a lot of money on Temu and like this site it's getting paid and giving you nothing. Shop at your own risk
