Where do I begin with how bad this…
Where do I begin with how bad this company is. For starters, I paid for express DPD delivery so my parcel would arrive in time for my family trip and that is the delivery I would expect to receive, instead, I was greeted with a parcel that was left in the front of my open house and surprisingly the issue was not it being stolen as a whole, as the issue was ONE item being in the box instead of the TWO I paid for. There was a massive tear in the middle of the bag and when I contacted sevenstore about this, a man named Kanwalsingh Kushal repeatedly told me
“ We have carefully reviewed all available information related to your case, including the tracking details and GPS location data, which indicate that the parcel was delivered to your address as intended.
Based on this evidence, we currently have no reason to believe that the items did not reach you. Therefore, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement at this time. If you have any additional information that we have not yet reviewed, such as CCTV footage showing the delivery or what happened afterward, please do share it with us. Should you remain dissatisfied with this outcome, another option would be to contact your payment provider to inquire about raising a chargeback. They can provide you with guidance on how the process works. “
He expects me to access CCTV to relay what happened to the parcel I PAID FOR and not any sort of accountability on their part. He also mentions the delivery is shown to be delivered appropriately even though it was never given directly to me and instead left carelessly outside like shown on the picture. I do not want to have to nor should I be expected to go through the hastle of a banking dispute system just to pursue a matter so easily resolvable, but if I do I’m making sure everyone else on here knows how ridiculous their system is for a refund on something they’re responsible for. Unbelievable!

Delivery was fast via next day service as you'd expect. However there returns process is way to slow. No refund after 7 days and counting.

My first time buying from Sevenstore and I was very happy. Good to see a choice of size 13 Jordans (a lot of places only stock up to size 12)
The Jordans I bought were at a good sale price and they arrived 2 days after purchasing with DPD. It's also good to see that they use a quality courier.

I ordered ON cloudtilts with this company, size 11. They send me a size 13. That’s already annoying of course. Now, 4 weeks ago I have sent back the shoes already and I still not have been paid the shipping costs and sent back the money I paid for these shoes. I find it all too ridiculous. There is no communication from this company at all. I am lucky if they reply to my emails within a week. And then there always is some bs that they sent it to my PayPal account. Well, that’s not true because I have not received anything yet and I usePayPal every day. Absolutely annoying company with bad customer service.
